I bought a pair of leather flats and…
I bought a pair of leather flats and after a few days the leather started coming off. I only wore them for 3 weeks at the office and they looked like I wore them for 3 years non stop. The shoes were really high priced because they are supposed to be high quality. I made a claim at the store and online and was told that Jo Mercer does not make any guarantees on the quality of the shoes for use.
