We built our own extension & wanted a great, quality kitchen for our new extension / dining room.
My partner is a carpenter so we spent a few weeks looking at kitchen units in a variety of showrooms. We chose Jonas & James at the Range, Bournemouth as we felt the kitchens were excellent quality & offered us the choices we wanted.
We spoke with Scott, the kitchen designer, who was great. We booked a time slot for him to come over to see our blank canvas extension & he listened to our ideas & completely understood what we were asking.
He came up with a fabulous design that captured our ideas & he supported us throughout the design process.
He was incredibly accessible providing a one to one service answering any questions or queries we had throughout the whole process.
Our kitchen wasn't needed for a few months however everything was organised, planned & arrived on the agreed date with no hiccups or delays.
My partner fitted our kitchen but Scott was on hand for any problem solving & advice.
We started this process in March 2023 & moved into our new extension Christmas 2023. We are absolutely thrilled with our kitchen, it's design & the impeccable service from Scott.
We would highly recommend the Jonas & James kitchens for their quality, workmanship & choice. Scott providing a one to one service, listening, understanding & interpreting our ideas but being confident & knowledgeable enough to advise us on an alternative idea, gave us confidence in his skills & made us feel like very valued customers, thank you.

Well I went in in to buy a photo frame and came out with a Kitchen. I was so impressed with the style and quality of the kitchen range as well as simplicity Scott made from choosing my design. I ordered my kitchen and within 6 weeks it was delivered with no problems whatsoever. The delivery guys made it very easy and brought everything into the house where as some companies would leave on the doorstep. Then as reccomended by Scott the kitchen fitter Dom came and fitted everything in a very proffessional way. 10 out of 10 from the start to finish. Highly reccomend.

I happily write this review about the beautiful Dartmoor Kitchen I just bought from the Range Kitchen Collection Jonas & James. They have a good range of display and our local Sales executive Colin Frain was a blessing, and right from the first day helped us navigate through the choices & the process; a planned visit for us, then visited home to assess, measure, design and then in house video demonstration and arranged smooth delivery. I am really happy with the quality of the material, fittings, and appliances. Colin is a true gentleman, polite, welcoming, reassuringly knowledge full, confident and seems in control at all times despite being very busy. Colin was alway there to help sort it out for me any hurdles that we came across .
It was Colin who kindly introduced me to another star of this project, Steve Hayley, the Kitchen Fitter, who completed the instillation; it was relatively a big Kitchen and a lot of background work was needed, and Steve beautifully orchestrated all the workers involved; plumber, plasterer, electrician, gas man. Steve has amazing expertise & speed, and breezed through the project. Bless you Colin & Steve.

The only suggestion for the company I can offer is that I wish they provide the Granite/Quartz etc worktop as well, to make it a perfect one-stop shop for the customers as it is quite stressful when different teams get involved. I happily give 5 stars here, and both Colin & Steve are a perfect team, and I strongly recommend them both and wish them very best.

A big shout out to Hannah at the kitchen dept within The Range in Portsmouth, she was and is fantastic, nothing was to much trouble, so helpful and friendly in our search for perfection in our new kitchen, her design and expertise and knowledge was in our minds epic and all

Alex the kitchen Consultant was so helpful and easy to work with. He gave good advice and is the type of person who will go the extra mile.I usually hate having to deal with “sales people” but his more relaxed style was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend Alex and the Jonas and James kitchen to anybody, such good quality, both the person and the kitchen.

Excellent customer service from Daljit at the Coventry branch. Very helpful with design of kichen and purchasing appliances, even to the point of confirming compatability of self bought items. Attention to detail made for a beautiful perfectly fitted new kitchen. Thank you

Colin is the greatest member of the staff for range company. He done good job for us.

Lyes in Glasgow was so helpful from get go. He listened to what I was telling him about my budget and it was an upgrade not dream kitchen but I liked the expensive grades and he offered affordable alternatives. He went through everything with me showed me a plan and even discussed finance options available. Im of the older generation and it was lovely that he did not try to pressurise me in any way but gave me various price scenarios. I left feeling much more informed about the costs, planning etc. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Richard at our local branch in Paignton Devon has been great from start to finish. We decided to install the Oak kitchen ourselves in the end, and although we did ask Richard for advice 3 times by phone, which he always answered or called back willingly, went really well. Not our first kitchen installation I admit but the units especially were well made and almost a delight to put together. Richard knows his stuff and is not just a salesman... a lovely chap and willing to go the extra mile. Many thanks Richard.

It was 2023 not 2022. So pretty new.I did not ask for any freebies and would have paid for a touchup pen but not £40.and service taking from December to February toget a reply is not service at all.

Lyes at the London Road Glasgow branch has been pivotal in choosing our long awaited kitchen. He was warm, helpful and kind and gave us many wonderful ideas.

We are so happy to have chosen our kitchen Jonas and James with Lyes help and can't wait for it to be installed.

My wife and I came across the kitchen display in the Range Coventry not knowing that the Range sold them, looking around we were greeted by Daljit, we shown around the various styles on display before making a decision on what we would choose, we did finally choose without being put under any pressure what so ever, we must admit that there was nothing that was to much trouble for Daljit including visiting us at home on his day off, phoning us just to make sure that things were all in order, even during the time the kitchen was being
installed he was on the phone again, we must that we have never had after sales service to this very high standard, thanks for service Daljit and for a great kitchen from the Range.

Customer service.aftersales.what a joke.I bought a kitchen from Range. Staff in store edge lane were great as was the kitchen, but for several small white marks on the kickboards which I reported. I sent a total of 18 emails to try to sort it out , maybe get a touchup pen or something. After many no replies and non responses to emails I was
eventually informed that it was accidental damage and they would not take any
responsibility but could supply a touchup pen only if I paid for it. They said they sent a
quote(untrue)eventually got it "re-sent" and shocked to see they wanted over £40 for it. Avoid them at all costs. !!!

I quite outstanding person to work with . From the measuring up to choosing the kitchen to me changing certain areas . She was always patient and helpful . Nothing seemed to much bother ! All ways willing to help.

I don't usually give reviews or comments to any type of services, whether it's good or bad. This will be my first because I think the service that me and my wife had from the Kitchen Designer at The Range, Portsmouth really deserves one.
Her name is Hannah...I got that right now because I really thought her name is Helen and even addressed her Helen once (I apologised).
She's very knowledgeable and accommodating... She listens then recommends...
She designed my wife's DREAM kitchen, it's now in the hand of her recommended installer to make it into REALITY.
I hope the delivery will go smooth on 12 April 2024...

I had never considered a kitchen from the Range before, but I can honestly say I was very pleased I found them. They have a good high quality range to choose from. We have renovated many houses and I would like to thank Hannah, their kitchen designer at the Portsmouth branch, for doing such a fantastic job with our plans. It really is amazing when you find such a dedicated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable person to support you with your design. I had several ideas in my head and Hannah was extremely patient in planning each one to help me decide. With my last plan she added an idea she thought I might also like and she smashed it! Great work Hannah, thank you. You made me feel so comfortable with no pressure. You really are a credit to the company. I would highly recommend the Jonas & James kitchens at The Range.

Amazing designer. Hannah from the Portsmouth Branch went above and beyond and provided a first class service. From initial chat in store through to the design of our kitchen to ordering. Kept in touch all the time too.

We had an awkward supporting pillar to design around and also really wanted a walk in corner larder. We are still awaiting on delivery of our kitchen which hopefully is soon and i cant wait to see her design come to life.

Hannah is extremely friendly, and very knowledgable. She is most certainly an asset to J&J Kitchens at The Range, Portsmouth.

I dont recall having had a better experience anywhere. Hannah was a godsend. From understanding I never purchased a kitchen before to the minute details and quirks I kept changing, not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or unable to voice my own wishes. The end result was a magnificent design, excellent solutions and a very happy customer.
I cannot recommend Hannah's services highly enough! For anyone who might have doubts, drop them, you have nothing to worry about!
