Scam! They advertised a knitted jumper, what I received was a polyester jumper with a knitted jumper imprinted on it. It looks bizarre, I cannot believe they would send something so different to what is advertised. When going through the refund process they request pics etc. Not sure why as their response reflects they didn't review any of the requested information. They don't agree a refund straight away. When they do, they expect you to pay for recorded delivery and provide a tracking number. They stop responding when you tell them it wouldn't be fair for the customer to pay considering the retailer is clearly at fault. The delivery cost to China is costly without tracking, almost as much as the product itself. After an experience such as this one, I can't even be confident I would get a refund from this retailer. Bottom line, I really wish I'd checked the reviews first as many others seem to have had the same experience.

Well, what a performance! I sent for a sweater. Sent it back first class with a receipt of postage as the quality was poor.They said because I didn’t send it tracked they couldn’t give me a refund and today the postman delivery’s the same sweater ! Unbelievable!!
I have been emailing this company since the 7 October. Do not purchase from this company!
I have given the m plenty of patience. Next steps is to open a complaint my bank !!!!

It's cheep plastic products that have to be sent back to China when you realise it's not as advertised.
I bought from jones and sons, what was meant to be genuine leather bag that was the worst PU I have ever seen.
Took weeks to come and no invoice even after lots of emails

The 1 star rating should be large red flag warning to stay well away from this company.
The sweaters I have just received dont have the quality of dish cloths......the sizing is a joke......I blame myself for not reading the reviews.........scam lesson learned.....
I'll stick to reputable, known British companies in future......

I opened a dispute between my Barclays bank and this sham of a retailer and within a few days have had a letter confirming my dispute is closed and the refund is mine (Barclays automatically gave me a refund but was pending on the dispute outcome) My dispute was successful. Don't just assume you have lost your cash...go to your bank and ask them.

Total and utter scam merchants ! Chinese drop shipping con artists pretending to be a reputable company based in Manchester with a shopfront …bollox . Fund this and you are supporting organised crime

Zero stars this company scammed me . Do not buy from them. I ordered leather boots from them . Got some kind of unwearable cheap polyester boots. They will not refund my money . Complete scam artists . Stay away.

I bought a pair of boots from this company, boots were advertised as leather and hand made. I received boots made of cheap fabric, unusable for me. Sent 5 emails, they were trying to convince me to accept return of 15% of the price and voucher, I declined. I will never buy form their website again. I don't need bad quality clothes in my wardrobe. Eventually they sent me a return form and asked me to send product back, which will cost me £20. I will rather burn those boots in my garden. Another scam, not to mention that they are claiming to be based in London. I am fed up of Chinese cheap c#£%p. Don't buy from this company.How does the British Johnson and Sons feel about Chinese company producing cheap c#£%p using this same name. How is this even allowed??????

Under no circumstances use this company,they give the impression they are based in London untrue they are based in the Netherlands the products come from china.the goods took 3weeks to arrive.i returned the shabby goods I received to the Uxbridge address on the label by Royal Mail tracking.since them I’ve had daily messages from them going for 10 days making excuses regarding the tracking number.now the have suddenly said I should have sent the parcel back to china no address? Now I have been in touch with my credit card company who are taking up my complaint.finally let me say this company is ok if you want shoddy products that aren’t cheap ,basically don’t order from them you will very disappointed (they offered to change the sizes of jacket and jumper for extra £12:50) be awear these are slippery arseols

Crooks, do not use. Original order details suggested that this would be delivered by Royal Mail, so a local retailer, nah, not a bit of it - it's been 3 weeks stuck in transit, I suspect it's in a container on the Indian Ocean. That'll teach me to buy on Pinterest....

Like everyone else I fell for this scam. Ordered a wool jumper and received a polyester one instead that doesn't even exist on the site. The the bartering starts where they offer 15% discount instead of returning it, then 60% and then finally the offer to return it within 14 days for a full refund if they receive the item. The refuse to pay for return shipping which of course is about 50% of the original value of the item. All completely pointless.

Total disgrace and a modern day scam that plays by the rules. Trading standards will be informed

My husband waited weeks for the delivery of his jacket, when it came it was no where near the size we ordered . The sleeves were short and it did not fit him at all . We contacted customer services by e mail 12 times only to be told they were trying to cut down on carbon footprint . No refund will given . Do not order from this company .

New name, same old crap which was previously advertised as Jones London - no change and not yet banned, unfortunately. Same catalogue pictures can be found on Amazon! Only Amazon is cheaper.
Again, some items mention that they are made with wool! They are not! I have had many a discussion with this company to try to gain a full refund, only to be told I would have to pay for the returns to China out of my own pocket and then they remind you that the returns may not reach them as they could possibly be stopped in customs meaning additional costs maybe incurred! This company is a complete farce and their disguise seem to have fooled a number of people including myself - I am so annoyed with myself for falling for this one - WATCH OUT DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOVELY PICTURES PEOPLE!!!

NEVER buy from this "family owned" company unless you want to receive cheap products directly from China and don't want to be fully refunded for it!

I like others believed they were a family run business shop factory in Manchester what a scam they make cheep clothing in China to send back will costs more then the tacky good .i have asked them for a free post returns label as UK law states Good not as described seller needs to pay for return ,have informed bank as I paid by visa they have opened up a dispute transaction charge bank ,they emailed me regarding my disputed , they ordered me to cancel my dispute my bank is in control now what will be will be , Bank also advised me to report them to the Chinese embassy as they have a system to deal with scam companies in China please as you all have all been a victim of crime !!!!
Report this company ASAP to every government department who deals with this .!!!!

Like so many before me I’ve had the same experience.
Very cross with myself for not reading reviews. Waited weeks for order to arrive, realising too late it was coming from china. The cardigans were nothing like the photo on Pinterest or their website. They were awful. Badly made, cheap material, no labels, the list goes on.
Same experience as others trying to return goods. Wouldn’t trust sending back, cost a fortune to send and doubt a refund would ever happen.
These people are swindlers and cheats - scammers.

How is this allowed in our country!!!! Cheap goods from China being scandalously being advertised as being from London store!! Absolutely cheap jumpers purchased too expensive to return given to charity shop!! Learnt my lesson!! Do Not Buy from this scam company!!!!!

I purchased a pair of brown boots for £49.99 advertised by This company on Pinterest. After 1week of waiting for delivery, I became suspicious when I couldn't cancel the order, despite the delay. The boots finally arrived after 3 weeks, wrapped in bubble wrap, and were nothing like the product shown in the online pictures.

The smell of glue was unbearable, the material is a cheap plastic imitation of suede, and the color is a strange mix of red and orange rather than brown. The quality is far below what was advertised. Some made of some plastic.

The communication throughout this process has been poor. Responses to my inquiries came after days of waiting and multiple follow-ups. I was only offered partial discounts, with no clear acknowledgment of my request for a refund. After further delays in receiving the return form, I went to the Post Office just to learn that returning the item to China would cost £20, or £27 for recorded delivery, while the item itself cost £49.99.

This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope Pinterest takes more responsibility for screening the advertisers they allow on their platform to prevent scams like this
