All the staff have been nothing but helpful. Can’t fault them at all!

Very unprofessional. Can’t get through and nobody returns voicemail. They tried to charge us (again) to do a ‘search’ on my Mother’s Trusts - we paid for this last year and then heard nothing - this is after we told them my Mother had died. Trying to get the Will and Trust documents is like pulling teeth. I cannot believe a ‘Law’ company can be this unreliable. Avoid !

My father had a family trust with Mcclures which was taken over to Jones Whyte.
My father died in July 2024 and the trust has still not closed down. Jones Whyte have never been great at communication and have chosen to ignore our requests to close down.
We have now raised a complaint with the law society.
Companies are great at taking your money but not so great at doing the final job.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!.
Its like they dont want to lose the trust monies and do everything to avoid distributing as per father's wishes.
