I bought a compostable toilet for our cabin. I love that you can put a bag in it or use it without. It is easy to clean with removable compartments and is a good height to sit on. The instructions are also very informative with tips and tricks on how to use the product.

The Joolca team was very responsive to all inquiries about shipping and when the product was going to get to my destination.

I’ve had a great experience with Joolca, I haven’t been able to test my products yet but they have been very pleased with the support they were helpful and knowledgeable. My kit was received damaged and Joolca took care of it, without hesitation and fast. I can’t wait till winters over to enjoy my new products.

I bought the Nomad kit and the lid was broken upon arrival due to shipping damage.
I contacted customer support through email and within hours received a response saying a new lid was being sent right away.
I have never had an issue resolved so fast and without question, even with it being a shipping issue and not a product flaw.
Already have the new lid in record time, especially with all the courier issues and holiday season.
I am very happy with customer support and this company.

Customer service is absolutely fantastic as are their products. They continually are improving them as they find room for improvement.
The Gotta Go toilet is a must have. So far it's the only portable toilet that fits my 6'2" body without squishing the old twig and berries when dropping a deuce.

What made my experience even better is that customer service was receptive to my concern and need.

I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to my issue and then how quickly they fixed it . All with in a couple of hours of me reaching out. Customer service is so important and Joolca knocked it out of the park .

Awesome product. We use the hottub and hottub at our off grid cabin. We had an issue with the pump that was probably my fault they diagnosed the issue fast online. Highly recommend this product we love it.

The GottaGo is well made, simple and comfortable.
We love it, definitely a major upgrade from my cassette toilet.

Completely a game changer. I just bought a second one! We live on a off grid farm and the hottap joolca is so easy to use, no worries with any failure or burning , easy to carry… And the customer service is so easy to connect with.

First off I like how easy it is to use all the products. They work great. I said first off but actually the number one is the outstanding customer service. I feel sometimes akward when you run to an issue with a product, having to contact and at times even have to debate a point with them. The Joolca customers staff could mot have been nicer, helpful and efficient. They listen to my concerns, asked me couple question and came up with a solution. Dont get me wrong , they product are awesome but for me its the customers services that will maKe me buy again.

We upped our camping game this year!
We purchased the hot tub,nomad hot tap kit, and the double ensuite. We have a perment off grid camp site. I can not tell you how awesome joolca is. Thank you so much for such a great product! The shower is better than the one we have at home!

The Joolca team is great at assisting with any issues and helping me with my purchase. Very happy how fast they are in providing answers and extremely happy with my purchase.
