Excellent communication and service

Bowl is porous so looks stained even though it's clean. The pee leaks into the main bowl even after replacing O ring. The O rings get dirty and are hard to clean. The adhesive doesn't work so the black rubber on the feet and the seat cushions fall off. The full indicator for the front wee doesn't work. The lid of the back waste is very difficult to clean you have to unscrew it to clean it properly. The wee needs to be emptied very quickly or it smells.

Great camping toilet, does what it claims - and no smell. I give the unit 5 stars and yet there were minor problems with the early batch of GottaGo camping toilet - now sorted. Joolca customer support gets 6 stars - sent replacement parts out the same day they got my email no problem. Parts received 2 days later, two screws and the new parts work a treat. Great product, great company. Well done.

I’m full time on the road so when my urine separation section was leaking into the outer shell I rang the team at Joolca spoke with a wonderful empathetic young man who posted me a full set of rubber washers plus a new lid for the ‘bottle’ as soon as I was able to name a post office where I could pick it up. He followed up to check that I was able to put the new parts in and all was operating well.
I cannot express how pleased I was with the prompt service, the follow up to see the parts solved the problem and further contact to see that I was now happy with the product. Absolutely awesome after sales service. Thank you.

I approached Joolca AU with a minor problem to them, but this was a big issue for me. The way they just accepted the issue and gave me a solution was refreshing and a pleasurer to see a business back their product

My spray bottle trigger for the compost toilet stopped working, I sent a message to admin and within 10 minutes a response that a new free kit including the spay bottle would be sent out. Great product and great service.

I have checked the thread with a Thread Gauge and confirmed it is an M7 x 0.7 as advised by you. I was able to get a M7 x 0.7 thread tap and tap the stainless-steel thread. The tap did the job of cleaning the threads and it actually cut a very small amount of metal from the thread where I suspect it had been distorted from the "tack" welds.

Long story short is that the V1 Hottap stand is now fully functional. Many thanks to you and your colleagues for the assistance provided.

Love my hot tap v2 on my AntiShanty trailer. Joolca has always stood behind their products whenever I’ve had a problem.

Customer Support is 10 out of 10. I ordered the wrong toilet cassette and Adrian from customer support sorted it out with no hassle and replaced it for the correct one. You don’t that kind of help every day !!

Great product in the Chemical toilet we use in our campervan. Had the Thertford prior to this purchase and can say this is not only easier to clean but it also is more hygienic as it doesn't mix the waste products but it is also much more comfortable to sit on.

It’s the Thursday before Good Friday and my newest Joolca product has just been delivered but there’s a small issue with it. I send off an email to support expecting a delay due to the public holidays. I receive a reply within the hour and follow up replies over the next few days to the point where my issue is resolved before the Easter Bunny has time to even deliver an egg. That’s what you call service.

Communication was great. Order was tracked well. I recived my order and new product had a tear, straight away a solution and replacement was arranged and sent within days. We used the joolca triple ensuite at easter and it was great to have so much room and store gear and still have rooms for toilet and shower. It has made camping with kids so much eaiser now and easy to install and packs up in a breeze. !!!

I recently purchased a shower base, 12v pump and 12v converter for my Hottap. I set everything up at home to check out how it worked before an upcoming trip, and I was having trouble with the pump. I then texted the support number, I was asked to try a couple of things and then send in a video of the issue. The first response after sending the video was along the lines of, we can see the issue is your pump, we’ll send you a new one. Within minutes I had a notification that the order had been placed at $0, and a new one arrived at my door in 2 business days!
Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen!

Bought a Joolca Gottago camping toilet in one of the first pre-orders in 2024 . After using it quite a lot recently its a fantastic unit. I chose the composting version and the fact it separates the urine from the poop makes the experience of owning and using it super easy. Its sturdy, well made and comfortable to use. The Eco-cassette is super simple using bags to collect the waste for disposal or composting. I can go a week of constant use before changing the bags out , and in a pinch could go two weeks before the poop levels got too high. The first lot of orders had some minor problems which have been addressed wonderfully by a fantastic support crew, one issue was the urine container not 100% mating with the funnel , but this was solved by a redesigned cap and rubber seal replacement provided free of charge, also the very first production models had rubber feet glued to the bottom of the seat that unfortunately had a poor adhesion application so they could fall out, this too has been addressed by the company with a free better glued seat sent out ( on its way to me now actually) but using a good sealant it would take just a few minutes to fix yourself.
Everything else has been flawless and the GottaGo is simply the best bang for buck composting toilet available in Australia ( or anywhere really).
Its a sturdy roto-moulded plastic that is thick and tough holds up to 150kg!
Areas that your poop might touch are smooth and super easy to keep clean but 9 times outta ten the poop just disappears without a trace. I use wood shavings/pet bedding as a nitrogen bulker and the simple fact that in an Aussie Summer it didnt even attract flies was a pretty good indication that the smells were contained and neutralised pretty darn well!
All in All .. SUPER HAPPY !

I've never experienced such a prompt and efficient response from any service dept particularly given it was a warrantable inquiry. I have a number of JOOLCA products and found their communication and service ethics...second to none. Highly recommended to any and all for great products and great service.
