Warranty process is 10/10

We had an issue with the zipper on the single tent and requested a warranty replacement. No questions asked, a new shower tent was posted within days. Joolca is fantastic to deal with, high level of customer service and prompt replies. I’m glad we picked a Joolca shower tent!!

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent product and even better customer support. A minor issue with a screw and within minutes my email had been received, response from customer service and replacement parts mailed without cost! Incredible support and very appreciative not to mention awesome products thanks Joolca!

Joolca's customer support ethos is extraordinary. I had trouble with the shower flow switch and a faulty hose joiner. Ann from Customer Support straight away owned my issues and started by asking guiding questions regarding how I was using the flow switch because it is flow direction sensitive. Bingo - user error. For the faulty hose joiner, I provided a scan of the receipt and photos of the issue. Ann quickly responded indicating she will send our replacements that day. Gold star to Ann and Joolca for being very customer focused. I highly recommend Joolca.

Great products and quick response with any questions we had

We purchased a Gotta Go toilet on pre order. There was a slight delay due to manufacturing issues but we were kept up to date with the progress and any queries we did have were answered promptly. The product is really great quality and such a fantastic price. We are really happy with our purchase

Customer support

I had an issue with a pump that I had purchased sometime ago and emailed their customer support. I received a response to my email within 24 hours and follow up emails were responded to almost immediately resulting in the problem being fixed that day.

Best customer service I have ever experienced

I had a problem with my water pump I got onto the joolca support team and wow where they great they got back to me straight away I showed what was happening and I had a new one shipped out to me the next day I couldn’t be happier with there service and there products I would recommend joolca to anyone

Great customer service

For some reason our Essentials Kit didn't arrive so after a couple of weeks I tracked the package and it had gone to our local post office then been sent back to the melbourne warehouse. Was pretty disappointed so I reached out to Carissa in Joolca customer service and she replied to my email (out of business hours) immediately and arranged the Kit to be resent. She then followed up 3 days later to make sure it was on track and it had arrived that day. Was excellent customer support and much appreciated.

A grade support

I made a mistake during my purchase and they were so quick to respond and help me fix the issue. I haven’t been able to use my product yet but even if there was any issues there is no doubt their after care service would be on point. Very grateful for their assistance. Also the product was sent out and received promptly.

I contacted Joolca as my V2 Hws was…

I contacted Joolca as my V2 Hws was leaking. They replied asking me to send a video to show the leak. After i did t b at they then offered a diagnostic solution. They were very close with the diagnosis which enabled me to fix the problem. The whole problem was sorted very quickly. Thanks again.
