Just found out JJL have gone into administration
Not happy not happy at all no wonder there was no response on the phone or by email

This company never answer their phone. They keep saying what à wonderful company they, I'm not so sure. They should ask themselves were they are going wrong. Please answer your phone Joseph James Law.

Keep sending me emails saying I owe fast track money. A Bunch of con artists the pair of them.

Had an average experience with JJL during a recent PPI claim.

Account and documents lost or repeated and a catalogue of different contacts made the process very frustrating.

Worked hard to get required result and kept ne informed on a regular basis

They done everything for me .and was very helpful

Really helpful and keep you updated on what’s going off

If I could give zero I would.
I have a feeling the 5 star reviews are fake.
Please avoid this company.
They will threaten you. Their staff are unprofessional and unhelpful.
I’ve never come across a law firm like this one and I hope I never do in the future.

Inconsistency of communication of approach .
Barrister did not discuss his position before making case . Was patronising and assumptive . Confusion between PPI documentation and approach versus Plevin which was what was put forward after 4 years

Very helpful staff and clear information provided at all times.

I was kept informed at every stage of the process

I am pleased with the service, however, a little disappointed that the fees were so high. I realise this is because of the case going to court and of course I understand this but I am still disappointed with that.

Absolute nasty company threaten you with court even tho you didn’t get any ppi payment how dare they robbing jokers we need to take them down get them shut permanently people pls report to ombudsman like I have awful company I paid the money even tho i
Didn’t get the ppi just so I didn’t get a ccj in my name blackmail it really is

Discusting harassment over a mortgage ppi claim from 5 years ago. I moved house and forgot that I’d even made this claim and never received the notification of awardance. Only for the company I went with going into liquidation was I chased for invoice by them. I had to do the running round with hours on phone over weeks to get my funds from mortgage co, with these constant threatening further action, despite their client who instructed them to stop everything until I had the actual claim funds. To add I had to deal with condescending staff and were rude and vulgar .. putting it nicely too! I hope no one has to deal with this company ever !!

Harassment for nothing & then passed onto to another solicitor for further harassment
