Worst Experience over in terms of:
- Customer care which turned out to be 'Customer scare' about PPI reclaim then turning round to demand payment? PPI is free but this 3-name company acts, in my view as a business to trap 'customers' into contracting for 'PPI 'INVESTIGATION then turning round and harassing and threatening would be customers with court and waving 'contractual agreement! Is this something that the Financial Ombudsman would agree to? Obviously there is some loophole that this company uses to misguide people and then get them to pay....I think rather than than them investigate PPI, they should be investigated for harassement and misrepresenting customer requests, deceive vulnerable people, I question how do they ever get away with breaking GDPR guidelines before and then 'terrorising' recipients with a barrage of rude calls and unsolicited correspondence?
They dragged me to court for not paying when I had been clear I was not interested in their 'PPI Scam' using Contractual law!
Please keep writing your experience here hopefully it can deter this 'unethical practice'
Good customer service, did everything that was asked and kept me well informed of what was going on with my claim
I was always kept up to date with my claim with clear and precise information.
Very good service kept me up to date with everything
First class service. Everything was explained. You kept us undated with every developement. Great service.
The professionalism, patience and experience displayed was second to none.
Although the process took almost 2 years, they did keep me updated. Communications are clear, and professional.
My claim was dealt with professionally and at every stage I was kept informed
Having read numerous negative reviews from people who also receive confusing and stressful correspondence from this law firm (with their persistent demands for money on behalf of their client, Quickly Finance Ltd t/a Fast Track Reclaim), I am writing this review in the hope that it might help others who are made anxious and worried by these letters. I cannot understand how it is possible for Joseph James Law to threaten me with legal action and make repeated demands for £500 when the hard copy letter of authority, which they have sent to me as proof that I agreed to their terms and conditions has been signed by someone who is not me. I am named as the sole policy holder on the credit card with PPI (which Fast Track Reclaim and Joseph James Law have been harrassing me about for many months), but the signature 'appears' to be in the name of my partner. For a number of personal reasons, it is not possible for the signature on this document to be his, but regardless, his name was not included on my credit card with PPI. So it is baffling, distressing and very troubling, especially for disabled, vulnerable people, that this type of demand for money can happen?
Finally, I notice that other reviewers query the connection between these companies; Joseph James Law appear to be a law firm with debt collection on behalf of Quickly Finance Ltd now t/a Fast Track Reclaim, their principal business activity. For anyone else who has similar concerns, maybe visit Companies House.
Awful company please don't use these so called solictors. They make so many mistakes, they are rude and incompetent. Look at there reviews before u use.
Had a few letters demanding payment within 7 days and threatening legal action if don't pay. Had all intentions of paying when got paid which I did, then to my disgust I have had court papers arrive claiming the money. Have emailed to tell them the payment was made in November and asking for them to get intouch with the court to cancel this claim which I know they can do and no response what's so ever. Very quick to demand money but certainly not as forthcoming with response to email.
Constant incorrect information no recovery compensation offered after 4 years
