I had a customer ring designed with Joseph Jewelry. The overall process took a bit longer than expected, however the ring is beautiful. Great design, great customer service. Well worth the wait.

I walked into the store with my girlfriend two months before I wanted to propose, and the people there were very helpful in sizing her finger and showing us the rings in the store for inspiration. The design process was very easy, with the staff being very transparent about what they believed was a good idea and what wasn't (which is helpful for an inexperienced person as myself.) They worked around my ideas and my diamond, suggesting things to make it better. The CAD drawings were extremely helpful to visualize the finished project, and the staff were quick to respond to my concerns or express their concerns. The finished product was gorgeous, and my fiance said yes! I fully recommend this place to anyone.

Bonnie was fantastic throughout the entire process. My husband and I came in with a rough design and she helped us perfect it by showing us options and new ideas. She made sure we were happy with every detail via the online messaging system on the web site before production started. We were happy with the price as well. We went to 2 other custom jewelry places and were quoted almost double what we paid at Joseph Jewelry. Lastly, when our rings were completed, Bonnie seemed just as excited as we were. We have already recommended this jeweler to 3 friends. Fantastic experience!

I went to Joseph's Jewelry with a specific idea in mind and he made it happen. He perfectly executed the design I knew my then girlfriend, now fiancée, had dreamed of. She absolutely LOVES her engagement ring and constantly gets complimented on it. Joseph and his team helped me pick out an amazing center stone that has 129 facets and brilliantly sparkles because of the extra cuts. A normal round diamond center stone only has 59 facets. When I saw the two next to each other there was no comparison. I had no idea there was such a thing! I was extremely impressed with Joseph's customization and customer service throughout the process. I just had Joseph Jewelry repair my wedding ring for me and liked them so much I had them design a new ring for me using stones I had from other rings. The entire design process was so easy, and fun! They showed me 3D images of the design and I was even able to see a wax mold of the ring before it was cast in gold just to ease my mind that we had it right. I certainly never thought that I'd be in a position to design my own ring, but the technology out there now makes it accessible to everyone. I'm beyond delighted with the result!

I had a great experience working with Joseph Jewelery for my custom wedding ring. Out of several local jewelers I contacted, Joseph Jewelery was the only one able to create exactly what I wanted, within my budget.
The staff was friendly & easy to work with, both online & in person.
I drove from Olympia to pick up my ring at the Bellevue location. Upon arrival I realized I gave them the wrong ring size, & needed to have it resized. They were busy but were able to resize my ring within an hour, so I wouldn't have to make another trip.

I had an amazing experience with Joseph Jewelry as they made me feel at ease with the entire purchasing process. I approached them to do a Lord of the Rings-based ring and the agent knew the item and handled the execution with care. I was shown a 3D model and then sent a wax mold of it prior to finalizing. At any stage, I felt that I could cancel or adjust my order. The final product was astounding and I am really happy with the level of detail, work, communication, and price!

I went to Joseph jewelry to order a custom ring. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. They offer their design opinions to make sure your ring is beautiful. After all of my research I chose Joseph jewelry because they are the best custom jewelry sight on the internet!

Their customer service and selection are simply amazing.

I searched all over for a unique engagement/wedding ring; went through the inventory of many jewelers... found nothing I liked until I found Joseph Jeweler. I felt as if they were working hard to make sure I got the exact ring I described, and they were very intuitive about the stone and setting, as it only took a few "back & forth" messages to find what I had in mind... and it was all done via internet!

My husband and I purchases my engagement ring and out wedding bands from Joseph Jewelry. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic.

Firstly the customer service experience was superb. They ordered in tons of stones, took the time to teach us what to look for and why. They worked with us on the design taking my rough sketches and helped us make design decisions that would protect the stone but still achieve the design elements I was looking for.

For my engagement ring I wanted a pretty complex design that involved the prongs holding the stone extending out over the top of the stone. It was very detailed and delicate work and honestly I don't know if another shop could have produced what I was looking for. They had a specialized laser they used to attach the complex prongs.

Overall, I'd say they run a very high tech shop. As part of their design process they can 3d print the ring so you can touch, feel the design and even try on the ring before it goes into production. It made a big difference for us because one of the designs I liked on paper wasn't as elegant in 3d. We made several changes to our design based on the 3d printed ring.

The end result was stunning. I receive compliments on my ring all the time. I couldn't be happier.

For our wedding bands the customer service experience was more of the same. I think my favorite thing about the team at Joseph Jewelry is they consistent transparent communication. Even during super busy times of the year like valentines day, they made sure to set appropriate expectations for delivery timelines.

Again the wedding band results were stunning. My wedding band flowed perfectly with my engagement ring and my husbands wedding band is possibly the most classy mokume band I've seen.

All of the design work for us had one overarching theme that is truly artist dependent and that theme is elegance and flow.

If you are looking to design your own engagement ring or wedding band, I'd highly recommend Joseph Jewelry. If I custom design something else in the future I won't go anywhere else.

I purchased my engagement ring, which was absolutely beautiful. Shortly after we purchased our wedding bands, 1 turned out perfect, but we were initially not satisfied with the other one. However, Joseph's made it right and fixed the problems at no extra cost. It took a few extra weeks but we got exactly what we wanted. Needless to say I am satisfied and I would recommend this jeweler to anybody. We really appreciated how the staff was very friendly never pushy, always was great with communication. I never felt like I was pushed into buying a more expensive ring or anything like that.
