Joseph Jewelry is the best! Joseph helped create a beautiful Cross Necklace for my wife, a gift that she cherishes so dearly. Joseph was able to work within my budget and give me a piece of jewelry that we are proud of and that we plan to pass along generations to come. From the second I walked in to their store, I was treated like royalty. Joseph gave me a tour of their workshop and showed me the different technologies they use to create all their jewelry from scratch. Based on my flawless experience with them and their outstanding customer service their knowledge in the jewelry industry , I referred both my grandchildren to get their engagement rings here. Once we started looking at engagement rings, we realized we wanted a custom ring. We also wanted a local, family run company. And Joseph's was the perfect fit for us! Both my engagement ring and wedding band, as well as my husband's wedding band, were custom made at Joseph's. Ryan was great at taking my random ideas and turning them into a piece of art. Danny patiently found multiple sapphires for us so that we could pick the perfect stone. And the created a work of art. I love my ring as much today (3+ years later) as I did on the day I received it. Not only do I believe that Joseph's makes a quality product, but I think their customer service is the greatest. Every time I'm in town, I stop by to have my ring cleaned and checked, and Joseph takes the time to catch up with us. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my jewelry!

They are very attentive to detail and have great skill in designing the perfect piece of jewelry for any occasion. ... at first i was surprised by the proposal, i was amazed and shocked but i felt excited and happy second shock came when i saw the ring :) my eyes went wide open third shock was when i knew that the ring was custom made design and that it was all worked with Joseph and Ryan remotely through Joseph Jewelry collaboration blog. My boyfriend and I wanted to design a ring for me together, and we worked with Bonnie at Joseph Jewelry to make a truly gorgeous ring (amethyst and blue sapphire set in rose gold). She was incredibly patient with my (endless) back-and-forth to make it exactly what I wanted, and was available by phone and email. It was really a pleasure to work with her, and I was, and still am, totally thrilled at the final result. I love it! I am very happy.
