I absolutely love everything about this business. I first found out about you a few months ago when a friend gave me one of your wax melts to try. It smelled so delicious and lasted so long so decided to order myself. The packaging is beautiful and I love the little plant card. Thanks I’ll definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the Fresh Linen reed diffuser a while ago and liked it so much I ordered another one for elsewhere in the house. I also ordered the Southwold one for my friend as a gift, which she loved. Unfortunately, it has been out of stock ever since.
My only criticism is that I can't get the oil to refill my diffusers (although they appear to be pictured on the website). I don't want to keep ordering new ones.

First found this company at a Xmas fair the candles & wax melts are definitely better then others I’ve tried . Just ordered 2 of the jars of wax melts as a birthday gift for my daughter . Well packed quickly delivered & love the thank you card impregnated with wild flower seeds .

I am so glad I found Joseph SANDELL. The scents are fantastic (my whole house was filled with the scent of Christmas for the holidays), the design is smart and sophisticated and the candles last a long time. They are also eco friendly and non toxic unlike many big brand candles out there. I love being able to support a local business run with such heart. I ordered 4 more candles and a diffuser as gifts after my first JS candle - and everyone has loved them as much as my husband and I. I could not recommend them more highly. 20 out of 10!!

Discovered this wonderful brand from Sandringham Christmas fair 2022. Wow the southwold wax melt amazing and I then re orders candles and the same wax melts.

I love candles and have lots, but these are the best smelling by far.
And the guys are lovely too

We have purchased several items from Joseph Sandell, both online and from Jarrolds in Norwich. The service has been exceptional, particularly when EVRI lost our first parcel which Joe replaced and sent by Royal mail instead. The products are superior to other makes we have tried and provide exceptional value for money.

I will now only order my wax melts from here! Incredible smell that really lasts! They are brilliant value for money and the range of scents available are like no other! I recently purchased the new wax melts drops and the presentation is fantastic! Lovely jar and lovely new scents! Thankyou JS!

I love the smell of roses and the diffuser I brought filled the house with that wonderful perfume.

Always very impressed by the quality of the JS Reed diffuser. A noticeable wave of scent when walking into the room that is just the right intensity without being overpowering.
Great customer service too, where nothing is too much trouble.

So pleased with the speedy delivery yet again of my beautiful scented candles. Along with my wax melts which were in an elegant pouch 😍. Highly recommend these beautiful fragranced products.

Great product and customer service. Fast delivery, eco packaging and lovely, lovely scents that smell great even without melting! I keep my wax in their pouches and hang them in our wardrobes or drawers. They smell gorgeous whenever I open them!

Lovely product and good communication by the company when my order did not appear.Unfortunately the company have been using a delivery courier that dumped the package in my front garden behind a shrub and no card was left to tell me where the package was..five days later it was still there.I only found out after chasing it up with Joseph Sandell and they very helpfully followed it up promptly saying they would not be using the delivery company again.If you order from them it would be best to email them to check their courier arrangements.To be fair they say they dispatch within a day or two which was the case here.

I ordered the Gingerbread Candle and you can smell it with even lighting it. It smells incredible I highly recommend.
