Excellent service! No different to any other high street estate agents except we only paid £299 to sell our property which saved us over a £1000. Pleased!

Very competitive price and excellent service.

Flexible communication style including phone, Email and Text messages which has been a real advantage and seems to have speeded up the process.

The professional pictures were superb and Adam was more than willing to take extra photos to ensure a full and complete representation.

Some low priced estate agents are concerned only with selling as many homes as possible and the price achieved may sometimes be diluted.
This does not seem to be the case with Joseph's;
Several offers were received and the team
handled the negotiations to help get the best price and then liased with the solicitors.

I paid an extra £50 for accompanied viewings which has saved me so much time and well worth the premium.

Absolute world class service. Helped and supported me throughout my sale journey. Even helped me out of hours and supported me with advice and guidance on my new house. An agent who goes the extra mile for a minimum fixed fee which cannot be beaten.

Really pleased with the service provided to me selling my house with Joseph’s Estate Agents on Smethurst Lane Bolton. I found all the staff very helpful, efficient and always very pleasant. They certainly go out of their way to get you the best price. They were super efficient with regard keeping me updated both via phone and emails.
I was sceptical at first as their fees are much lower than the bigger companies but I have to say there service is just as good.
My house sold within a week so if you are looking for the service of an estate agent you can’t go wrong with Joseph’s.

Great customer service and support during purchase. Very flexible viewing offered, I made my offer and was continually updated with progress of my offer up until it was accepted. Firm was very good with arranging time for surveyors etc. Very smooth process, i was very impressed!

I was a bit nervous about using an agent I had never heard of but the fees were so favourable I thought it was worth a try. So glad I did, the service was excellent.
