CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! 5*****

I can honestly say that I've never experienced customer service quite like this before. From the date of my order, right the way through to delivery, Bex and Sarah from the Customer Service's Team babysat my order. As my item had been delayed, they personally took it upon themselves to keep me regularly updated with progress from start to finish via email and via text. Unfortunately, my item was damaged when it arrived so having emailed Joss & Main, I sat back and waited. I must admit, as soon as you send an email to a company to mention damages or delivery issues, most companies cringe, take days to respond and in some cases, don't bother replying at all, leaving the customer running round in circles trying to find a resolve. Not with J&M!!! Within 90 minutes of sending my email, my issue had been resolved! Bex was amazing and even took the time to call my personally with a solution.
What could have easily been a fraught event for me, turned into be a very pleasant experience.
J&M, your customer service reps are a credit to your company! I think all other companies out there should sit back and take note!!
I would, without hesistation, recommend this company to anyone.

dont be fooled by attractive prices, if its too good to be true...

I rarely write any reviews but I simply had to share this one. so I ordered a rug on Jan 31 and the original delivery date was mid April- a bit of a long wait but the item looked so nice and the price was very attractive so I decided it was worth a wait. today, June 22, I still haven't received the item and that is after having sent about 70 emails during the course of 5 months. The service is simply appalling, nobody ever knows, where the item is, they always send their sincerest apologies and tell you it will be with you with next delivery in 2 weeks' time but as you guessed it never arrives.
and guess what, they just decided that its actually best to arrange a refund. so 5 month of wait, hours spent on chasing the item, stress caused by whole situation and no item in the end. avoid!!!

P.S. during the 5 months wait, I was stupid enough to order a few more items, some of them were ok , some of them were not actually the items I chose but close enough replacement or poor quality but I was enough distressed with this rug so I didn't even bother wasting my time on returning those small items.

Very good customer service

Brilliant Online Shop

Great - no complaints!

I have just reviewed a similar company with negative review and so I thought I would post a positive review for this company, which was so much better! I ordered 2 sets of crockery in the sale. They arrived really quickly and are exactly what I wanted and they were reasonably priced too.

Outstanding customer service

I ordered a nest of tables from Joss and Main UK - just the latest in a long line of excellent products I have bought from the company. The tables arrived well packed and earlier than expected but the largest table had a white mark on the surface which was easily seen and impossible to disguise. I sent an immediate email to customer services followed by a picture of the damaged table and within two hours the problem was completely resolved ....an apology, the promise of a new nest of tables on the way and no need to return the flawed table. Very impressed with the courteous and prompt level of service from real people who took the time to understand the complaint and then acted in a positive and reassuring way.

Fantasic! 5 Star Customer Service.

This is the 1st time I have ordered from Joss & Main. Unfortunately my delivery arrived damaged. That day I called Joss & Main who dealt with my issue immediately and sent out a replacement for my damaged goods. The Customer Service was 5 star, and my goods I have purchased are FAB! Roll on pay day to purchase more from this website

Excellent Customer Service

I used Joss & Main for the first time a few weeks ago- although one of my items was delayed and another is yet to arrive I have been kept well informed on the probable delivery date.
The item which was delayed actually arrived damaged- I contacted Joss & Main customer service - their response was immediate. They required photographic evidence of the damage- on submission of the photographs a full refund was initiated back to my card.
Although I would rather have received an undamaged item I was extremly impressed by the prompt, efficient & pleasant service from the Joss & Main customer service department. What a pleasure to deal with a company who definitely excel in their customer care! Well done Joss & Main.

Avoid

Unfortunately my experience with joss and main uk was awful. I placed my order last weekend and was expecting the product to arrive on wednesday as per the estimated delivery date shown. Later that day the estimated delivery date changed to thursday and the product was completely sold out. On monday I received two emails one about my order being cancelled due to "high demand" the other one from their customer service saying they can't sell the item as there was a price mistake on the website. Lots of quotes from their terms and conditions, not friendly at all, no alternative solution suggested. When I replied asking if they could let me know when the item is going to be back in stock with correct price as
I was still interested in it they didn't answer. That says it all.

Beautiful items and reasonable prices

I have bought many things now from Joss and Main in the last two months, since I discovered the site. Everything has been delivered as promised, I have only had to return one thing which was not problematic and the one query I had was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction.
Overall I would highly recommend them and have been telling friends and family about them.
I love the items they have which are different to what I can find anywhere else and the prices on most things are very reasonable for the quality.
My favourite website!

Poor communication and product never arrived

After over a month of waiting for our delivery, and no communication from Joss & Main despite the delivery being late, only when we chased them we were told that they would investigate the issue and come back to us. After further chasing, they said they were still investigating and offered 10% off the order for the inconvenience. But later that day they emailed again saying they could not fulfill the order and would send our money back. All of that after hanging to our money for over a month - how much longer would they have kept it if we hadn't chased them several times?

Always excellent customer service

As a small hotel business we use Joss and Main for their exclusive offers and the variety of design pieces that they stock. On the very rare occasion that something has been, for example, damaged in transit, the issue has always been resolved very efficiently and politely.
The staff are courteous and helpful and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending them as a company.

White julliette chest of drawers j

The delivery was very speedy they arrived with in two working days. The leg how ever had a large crack when I phoned to ask for a replacement joss and main were extremely polite and a second set of chest of drawers was sent very fast. The second set how ever had a large crack down the back and when I phoned again I was given a refund straight away the service was first class and the chest of drawers beautiful. I think that prehaps the drawers need to be handled a little more carefully by the delivery team or packed better. But the service was so excellent I can't complain.

More than happy !

I recently ordered from Joss & Main and the products that I selected were of very good quality and I was thrilled with them. Their customer service was second to none being both polite and efficient. I have no negatives concerning this company and recommend Joss & Main wholeheartedly. Console Table

I've been looking for ages and found the perfect match at Joss and Main.
I was worried that at the price, it may be of poor quality. The table arrived 4 days ahead of schedule and it's really lovely. The table is elegant but solidly made, it was packed well to avoid damage and it fits perfectly with my existing furniture. Thank you Joss and Main for getting everything so right!
