Item is not delivered tracking code fails

Item is not delivered and tracking code I received about a week ago does not work. Hope to receive my shipment soon!

Your order has been prepared for shipment from our warehouse in Sweden on the 7th of July. The day after it left our warehouse and it will be expected in Germany today. It will proceed to the Netherlands soon and as soon PostNL receives your order, they will inform you with a delivery date.

Several weeks and no delivery...

It's been several weeks and I've bit had my delivery yet.

Updated: 5 weeks later and no product delivered and customer service not answering. Stay away from this company.

We have been waiting for our Summer bed…

We have been waiting for our Summer bed since it arrived at DHL Houten in The Netherlands on 22 June 2022. We have phoned DHL and Jotex NL nearly everyday since and everyone tells us it is going to be delivered today, tomorrow, next week but nothing arrives. We have spent days waiting in as we were told ‘its being delivered today’ but nothing. It is a Summer bed so we want to use it now in the Summer meaning as we pre-ordered it 13 weeks ago. Just phoned Jotex in Sweden and they won’t help, just advice to get in contact with Jotex NL which you can only phone in the mornings until 11.30. We have even suggested to DHL that we will come and pick up the bed in Houten ourselves but that is also a huge drama for DHL.
Please help us as this situation is now getting too much for us and is causing stress.

Didn’t get anything untill now

Didn’t get anything untill now, two weeks waiting already.
Jotex has done the delivery, but DHL probably has issues.

Beautiful !!!!

The proces of ordering * being informed about the date of shipment goes really smoothly. DHL deliveres in the Holland so with an app you can follow and change the date of delivery into what suits you.
The carpet is really BEAUTIFUL !! I have now three to change * black / off-white / and Grey.
I use the carpets in the entrance and the corridor between the bedrooms.
Best choice ever !!!!
