Love the flexibility
Love the flexibility of the forms and creating apps to share forms! Prepopulating saves submitters time, and you can download in a click to excel. Reporting is great, love the "what if" ability to add conditions to forms. Feedback for those submitting is great. Being able to use offline, love the Digest feature. Have always had great assistance with work account when ever contacting the help desk, and have a personal account for home forms like Inventory etc

Superb customer service and easy to use platform!
We were looking for a form builder that accommodated our specific needs for our wedding event. Jotform was able to help us customize our RSVP form using conditional logic, so that different groups of guests can receive the form fields specific to them. Aside from that we really liked the customer service. Initially we faced an issue and our account was suspended. However upon writing into customer service, our account was very promptly re-activated, and the customer service even gave us personalised tips on how we can achieve the conditional logic we were trying to build. They were so helpful and it made us continue to use this form builder tool over other platforms.

Reliable, Well-Designed Forms Platform That Simplified Our HR Workflow
We use JotForm for internal business processes, specifically our employment application and affirmative action forms. From an IT and operations standpoint, it has been a solid, reliable solution.
Form creation is straightforward and flexible. We use a combination of short-answer fields, radio buttons, checkboxes, date fields, and signature fields, and everything is cleanly formatted and easy for applicants to complete. No unnecessary complexity.
On the administrative side, JotForm has been especially valuable for our HR team. Our new HR staff member can easily track submissions, manage follow-ups, and print completed forms for required hard-copy records. That visibility and organization has significantly reduced manual work and errors.
Overall, JotForm has streamlined a critical HR process and proven to be a dependable tool in our environment. I would recommend it to organizations looking for a practical, well-designed forms solution.

Jotform is intuitive
Jotform is intuitive. I actually was going to try a different invite form, but I saw that I could use several forms for my purposes and it was easy to navigate. It is also easy to track registration and to go back and see what folks have submitted. While all of this is true, their promises to extend additional submits based on giving a review is not true. Try the free version with 10 submits per sign up month not calendar month. If you need more than that go to Google forms.

Jotform has become one of my go-to tools for collecting structured information and turning it into something useful. What makes it great is how quickly you can go from an idea to a working form with logic, payments, file uploads, and clean data — all without a developer. Jotform is the simplest form-building…
Jotform is the simplest form-building tool I’ve used. The layout is intuitive, the design is easy to navigate, and the features included on the free plan are more than enough for most people. I also like how easy it is to customise the look and feel - so your forms can actually look polished instead of the plain black-and-white style you get with a lot of free providers. Overall, I’d rate it close to 5/5.
The only real drawback is the cap on how many forms you can create and how many submissions you can collect each month. That said, there are solid ways to increase those limits without paying.

Jotform has streamlined my client intake process
I have been using Jotforms for a couple of years now for my small business. It was becoming too time consuming to manage all of the calls and inquiries because I do not employ any staff (other than myself). Now I simply instruct all potential new clients to go to my website and compete the Jotform intake order form. This intake order form has really streamlined my processes and made things much more efficient for my business. With Jotform, I easily created an intake order form with questions that I need answers to. If I ever have to add new questions or revise the intake order form, it's quick and easy.
