If I could put zero stars I would!!!! The worst company. Stay clear of them.
I paid £15 for a budget planner… it arrived 5 weeks later after being given 2 completely different tracking numbers, one from America and one from China….. and was the cheapest poor quality thing I’ve ever seen! Not worth more than a pound! It’s half the size of the item they’re advertising. Fraudulent company.

Scammers. We ordered an item in early November for a Christmas gift, bogus tracking numbers and lies about delivery, eventually arrived in January after numerous mails and didn’t work. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!

Would give negative if allowed. Gone through PayPal to return faulty items (can straw caps mostly broken hinges). Company forced the return to be oversees- H.K though on their package uk address listed as return. Address given invalid, now out of pocket for faulty items and return cost.

Edit: They refunded after I said I would involve trading standards.

Item never arrived after 6 weeks, they would not issue a refund. They respond to emails stating is in transit but never provide any tracking or proof of postage. Constant stalling and staying they won't refund because it's on its way but won't provide any proof they've shipped something.

The lights which I ordered was not what turned up! They turned up 2 months plus late ! And when they turned up only half of them worked I contacted them but they said it’s not there problem

I put an order 40 days ago, yet did not receive anything. I wish I have read the reviews before paying for an item. It’s exactly the same thing happened to me for many of people wrote on the reviews. They sent you tracking info every now and then making you believe they really post the item which tracking stops in Belfast . Then they refused to refund you. I would jot even give them one star, if only it would be minus stars. Don’t be fool like me, don’t purchase anything, it’s a scam!!!

Ordered 4 items for Christmas gifts for
my young grandchildren on 26th November. It’s now past Christmas and no items received. I had to spend additional money to buy for the children on Christmas Eve so they wouldn’t go without. Supposedly the items are awaiting the next step of journey, currently in Edinburgh!! Waste of space company. Will NEVER recommend or buy again!!

Would give a minus or zero star if possible.Item ordered on 3/11/24 for Christmas present . Tracking info received but after 30/11/24 when was in Belfast, no longer able to track as just stated in transit. Requested refund after 10/12/24 as now too late for me to forward for Christmas delivery. Many refund requests, standard response as in transit. Finally delivered on Christmas Eve. Contact emails just stated they will try to do better. WOULD NOT BUY from this company again.

If I could give a minus star review I would!! I still have not received my item over 7 weeks after ordering they did respond to emails but refused to give a refund as the item was “in transit” when I queried this they sent a tracking reference where I would have to pay this is a scam!!! I will be taking further action but avoid this company at all costs
And talking of costs they took more money than was invoiced which I’m sure is illegal!!!

I leave one star but undeserved. My item did not arrived, tracking says delivered but I do not have what I paid for. Have been asking for a refund which was agreed but not forthcoming. I believe response to e-mails are standard. Totally unreliable, untrustworthy scammers. I will proceed through the small claims court

Hi , I just taken delivery of two smart light sound machines and after opening the small package I was so disappointed on the size of these items , they clearly not worth the money and wait for several weeks for these items to arrive. If I’ve known (A) the size and (B) the origin where they were posted from I would not have ordered it’s been a total waste of money and time. Please tell me the process of returning and a refund

Placed an order with this Journey Joy, the total was £25.49 with free delivery but the company took a total of £30.59. Have tried to click on the ‘Contact Us’ link, the link do not work!!!

Order never received. Charged more than advertised and sent no confirmation emails to track order, they also don’t respond to emails. AVOID

Well that is disappointing. Should have read through trust pilot before purchasing. Purchased the gnome advent calander and was charged more than was advertised beforehand. When the package arrived i knew this was a bad mistake as the calendar is tiny in comparison to what appeared to be shown on the Internet. Will make sure I never purchase anything from this lot again. Point to note all trust pilot 1 stars appear to be from UK. All US ratings seem to be 4!! ALL AVOID THIS COMPANY.

AVOID!!!!! After delivery being 1 week late, what they actually sent is not what they sold! Took my money and won’t give it back. I have been going back and fourth for a whole month for a refund. They are awful and scammers!!!! They won’t refund or tell me why they sent me something completely different and worth a lot less than what they charged me. I’m taking this further as they are incompetent and won’t just sort it out. Taking way too much of my time again DO NOT USE!!!

Still waiting for my order since 21/10/2024. It says on the tracker, it's in the UK. But, I'm still haven't received my item.

Absolutely disgusted with this company! Miss sold me lights that should have lit up the whole outside of the house and sent tiny lights only fit for a small door wreath or similar! Charged a fortune and will not refund me! Also invoiced me for a price and took more money from the bank! I have even offered to pay a small amount and keep these lights I don’t need or want and they will still not even give me back part of my money! I’m disabled so cannot shop for replacements and out of pocket so close to Christmas

Placed an order with this company the total showed £34.94 with free shipping but they actually took £44 out of my bank?
Emailed them - still hoping for a response....
