I have just ordered some lights from them but they have taken more money out of my account than what was on the email and I have tried email the support email and I am not receiving anything back, So Don’t NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS Company, I WISH I Had read the reviews

I ordered the four Christmas decorations, which arrived yesterday. I immediately emailed to ask for them for the return address, as it says to do on their website, because the decorations are not as pictured. The ones on their website look like glass and are very attractive. The ones I have received are just tat and this is patently a scam. There is no way under the sun that the photo and the product are the same. Do not touch with a bargepole!
To the company’s credit, they did reply very promptly to tell me I could not return them! One star for that, none for the product.

I bought something online which when sent to me looked nothing at all like the item on the website. I asked for a refund and was told this was not possible. This is completely out of order and unacceptable. I don’t trust this website at all and would urge no one to order from it.

I wish I'd looked at reviews before I placed an order for what were pictured as lovely assorted glass opaque Christmas tree decorations. Order placed on 8th September. Arrived today. Pure tat. Avoid. Do not waste your money. I've requested a refund. This fb ad needs reporting!!!

Paid vat twice was added without me knowing. DREADFUL.

I ordered a liquid foundation which is supposedly on its way but they have overcharged me and will not reply to any emails requesting a refund. When I pressed pay, the amount showed as £12.97 but they have charged me £15.56. I have contacted them 3 times and they have not replied. Awful company.

Like a previous customer I ordered what look like beautiful Christmas decorations. The pictures showed them as clear almost glass-like shapes with various Christmas characters inside them. What arrived could not have been more different. They were very flat and very cheap like ❤️ king and definitely not worth the price. Please do not buy this item unless you want to be ripped off 😡

I purchased the robin Christmas tree decorations which were shown on the site as beautiful transparent decorations with added beak and legs. What arrived was cheap, nasty, flat plastic cutouts which are certainly not transparent or beautiful. I have been in conversation with them, including sending them pictures of what they advertise vs what actually arrived. Apparently there is no issue with what they sent, only with my dissatisfaction. They point blank refused to take them back and give a refund. I was offered £4 goodwill compensation and asked if I could ‘transfer them on to another individual!’ The company are utter scammers. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from them NOT TO. Not unless of course you are prepared to hand over your money and receive cheap nasty tat.
