I ordered Christmas pajamas for the family of 10. The order was placed in late November. 1/2 of the order arrived on Dec 24th and the rest of the order arrived on Dec 28th. Our plan for Christmas eve was ruined and the only response I had from the company was that sometimes the courier service gets too busy. I am disgusted. Maybe I could send back....to China???? I don't trust this company at all and was so angry I threw them all in the trash

they send me the wrong order almost three months i got the wrong order i well be sending it back never again will i be getting anything for them.

Ordered the broom with dustpan. When it arrived, the broom was obviously too short to use and it was missing a part. They argued with me and said that the handle was "extendable" and sent me a replacement unit. The new one still doesn't have an "extendable handle", so it's too short to use. It's flimsy, awkward and very poor quality.

stay away, they delivered my order to the wrong address, its a scam. I waiting almost a month and nothing, i think they're stealing and sending a cheaper smaller thing to the wrong address so we can blame the carrier.

These people are thieves. My order came but it was below average quality and not fit for purpose. They did answer my emails but only to say they could not give me a refund as due to Covid they were not accepting goods back which is, of course, not the point. The most they offered was a 50% discount. This is now being dealt with by my Solicitor.

SCAM!!!! Never received my order and no one answers my inquiries. Stay away.

Scam, didn’t receive goods after a month and no reply to emails. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give it no stars I would! It’s a scam. They don’t reply, they don’t post the items. Luckily I paid with my credit card so claimed the money back that way!

It's a scam website. Placed order that never arrived neither did I get a reply.

Order not yet arrived,no replying emails, not even notified progress with the order..items ordered Sept 12,..it's already 15 days after..

The order was not send to my address nor was I notified about any changes. Contacted the customer service never got a reply. SCAM.

I have paid for my order and tried to get in touch with them because I have not received my order but they don’t answer I think the police should get involved

No answering to emails, no send my orders.
