Un serious company, disputed by lawyers in EU.

I bought a perfectly normal sedan from this dealership, and within 3 days it developed “personality issues.” The radio only plays 2007 breakup songs, the AC blows hot air when I’m already sweating, and the car refuses to start unless I compliment it first.

The salesman assured me this was a “premium emotional driving experience.” I call it betrayal. Would not recommend unless you enjoy arguing with your vehicle.

Entered the showroom, waited for 1 hour and noone attended me, customer service rebooked the appoinment for another day and the same thing happened, worst car buying experience.

There were a lot of ambiguities during the sale process however Moiz sorted out things for me to fast pace the process. Moiz has great ability to listen to the needs to customer and satisfy with comprehensive answer.

I purchased 2 cars from Alba Cars and I would like to tell you the experience was really horrible, I was so excited once I stepped in, but right after my process got into details, I have been experiencing lack of unprofessionalism and huge big LIARS.

Shortly after my purchase, I discovered that my car was repainted which was never told to me or mentioned and I paid a full high premium price of the car as in MINT condition, when I reached out to Alba Cars, they told me we can help you by just removing the over spray, which is very ironic. Later, when I took the car for license renewal, the car failed the technical inspection because it had VERY OLD tires, and I had to pay for all brand-new tires just to pass inspection. And this is just one car.

The other car, was not ceramic coated, and I paid the price of it in full, and I did not get the second key until a few weeks later and the first response I received was, we only have one key but after back and forth, I was later contacted to receive the second key, which apparently the guys did not know existed and that was not even mentioned to me during my purchase process, not to mention the scratches on the hood, that I was promised they will be fixed, but never were and I had to receive the car because when I asked for it to be fixed, I was told it will take 2 weeks, which is very unbearable.

I'm never recommending Alba cars, never going to say a good word about them because they treated me badly, over priced the cars, and took their full rights and money and I just go to hell.

Poor service, they make you wait half an hour to take a test drive. Then there's no fuel to drive around. And then you have to wait another hour until there's fuel available. If you buy a car here, you have to take the whole day off, because you won't have time for anything else.

Horrible expérience, been there 2 times and it’s a waste of time. The staff is non professional and the cars basically don’t exist. If you want to buy a car, don’t go to alba
