Very poor service
Very poor service. I have paid £72 for lights and have not received them. Their customer service support is very poor and they have not responded to any of my emails requesting assistance in this matter. Avoid at all costs .

Refuse to honor their refund policy
I asked for a refund since the hoodie is not like the image I ordered on their website. I had to exchange many e-mails with the customer service and they refuse to reimbourse my purchase!
The website promote the refund within 30 days and I asked the next day I received my package but no. They made many offers (15%, 25% etc) but they didn’t respect their policy.

This duck was purchased for a lovely person going through a rough patch and this perfectly captured her laugh from the photo! Additionally, the attention to detail adding her business logo from the shirt in the photo was fantastic! She love being able to “match her mood”. Well made and comes with a sturdy storage box. Arrived in record time. An excellent purchase!
