Much thinner and flimsier than expected. Expensive for the low quality.

The item was well made but i was hoping it to be a little bigger. Either way the product did what it was intended . The recipien was emotional to see her husban by just touching the stone. Her husban smile appeared and the conection was as intended. GREAT IDEA for someone mourning the passing of a loved one

JOYMEMENTO IS A FRAUD. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a personalized family Bible for our upcoming wedding. What I got was atrocious. We received a simple sticker shipped alone in a crumpled envelope with our names as requested... ON THE BIBLE, and as the photos and description stated. When I emailed about it, I was told the Bible would ship seperate... (not what I ordered) We paid $106 Canadian for this personalized Bible and when it came today it arrived in an Amazon box. I didnt order from Amazon.... Sure enough there was a Bible. I looked on Amazon and they are selling for $49.00 Canadian. So in total instead of getting a personalized Bible from Joymemento, we got a crumpled sticker and an Amazon order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS. Zero stars wasn't an option... These people charged me double the price on Amazon, then ordered it themselves with my address for shipping. Totally NOT what we ordered.

I have not recieved my order which was a gift .customer service were offhand and told me simply to check with Royal Mail ..these were not the carriers and I have recieved no further support .
I would not recommend and I will not be using again .
£30 wasted save your money

The reading hoodie was perfect and exactly like it was shown. Well worth it and my granddaughter will spend all her reading time with it.

What an awful experience! I ordered an 8” stamp for my business and it doesn’t work at all. The ink was dry also, so I bought new ink and the item still doesn’t work. They will not give a refund and am still fighting with them. They don’t stand behind their products. I have to call cc company to dispute. What an awful experience. Stay away!!

I order 2 boxes for my grandchildren and from their advertisement we were excited for excitement come bath time.
They were NOTHING like the video. They show a little child watching all the color of foam go high highest to see a bathtub toy.
There was NO bubbles/foam it was just like a bath bomb that adults use.
And the so-called toy is smaller than a thumb nail, hard plastic. Our baby could have swallowed this hard plastic
thing.
This company obviously is truly going to hurt or cause death. Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!

Once I received my daughters Daddy duck and I showed it to her she was Very excited and to see the smile on her face made everything so beautiful I was very happy with the way it turned out. Thank you so much Jon aka Daddy duck 😂

One star because zero is not an option. Joymemto responded to my review with "contact our customer service" - which, I had already done multiple times. Their product was crap (ducks) - they looked nothing like the advertising, they were off-green and one had a poorly painted pair of glasses - and they were all the same duck. They even asserted that there was no product quality issue. This company is bogus, their products are crap, and their customer service is useless. When I finally got them to offer a 50% refund, and I accepted, they then reneged on the deal and said to call their customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM.

Ordered a box of 6 bath bombs for my grandbaby for Christmas. I start Christmas shopping early. When I opened the package the box they came in was so cute. But when I looked little closer they had put a nasty sticker on the front of the box which honestly ruined the box. Was so disappointed. Im trying to have them replace the box empty but they keep avoiding me. Won't even answer my emails anymore. So upset with the whole thing. Wish there was some how I could attach a Pic of the box for you to see.

The delivery was prompt. However I'm not happy with the product. The pieces are so small they are difficult to handle.

Bought a duck of my dog after he passed because he always used to love a bath. Was so delighted with the result. Would absolutely recommend!

Not bad purchase really, don't think it's worth £37 but, it's a good little momento but not for the price.

The bracelet was exactly what I was in need of, and the quality is superb.

The product is awesome and communication was great!
