Exceptional customer service
I place and order for water bottles 1pink and 1 purple. The wrong color was sent instead of pink I received yellow. I contacted Joymemento and got a response within a few hours. I submitted the picture and they sent a replacement, which I received shortly afterwards. They provided exceptional customer service. My granddaughter is very happy her book bag and water bottle matches and it’s her favorite color pink.

We had previously ordered a large order from this company. That order arrived incorrect-I contacted them -they admitted their mistake and promptly corrected it at no charge and in a timely manner. We then placed an order for more of the same merchandise. It arrive correct and in a timely manner.

Poor workmanship. Looks cheap and chintzy. Very disappointing!
The lettering on the statue was slanted and the two words were run together to look like one really long word. The dj mixer and turntable replica looks cheap and chintzy and nothing like the one in the advertisement. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. Their products probably come from China. They are cheaply made and look like it too.
