DO NOT BUY FROM JOY MITTY EVER!

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS! DO NOT BUY FROM JOY MITTY. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOUR THEIR COMMITMENTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!! THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!!
I purchased several items for a holiday I was going on, 14th Jan 2023 and finally received the items on 27th Jan 2023. The items cost £76.58. The standard was awful! All misshapen, all far too big and nothing like the photos and when I attempted to contact them and return, they refused my request and offered 40% of the order total to go away. I refused and sent back the clothes on 23rd February (took so long as company would not confirm the return and give me their full address until I threatened Trading Standards).The items were sent through Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and cost me £28.00. The clothes arrived back today 5th August to my house as the “so called company” sent the items back - return to sender. A complete waste of my time and a lot of money for absolutely nothing. Trust me, these people are thieves. My next email is to Trading Standards. JOYMITTY got in touch after reading this review and offered 40% of the cost of the clothes. I argued my point that under my statutory rights I was entitled to 100% refund and I also asked for my shipping costs to be refunded. They ignored my requests but I continued to write and they eventually told me to take it up with Royal Mail. Royal Mail proved that the clothes had been tracked to JOYMITTY address but no one would sign for the returns so they started the journey back to me. I am still writing to them 7 months later and have now contacted Trading Standards.

Extremely upset with my this company…

Extremely upset with my this company and my dealing with them. I ordered a few items from them and tried to return them after changing my mind. Had to pay to returning them myself and never received my refund.

Don't buy anything from this company

Unbelievably just over a year since I returned two tops back to China they were returned to me!No enclosures only my original order! Where it for a year is a mystery. Guess I can use them as dusters!Always check you buy from a reputable UK company and check reviews

This is the third review I have wrote, this being due to still receiving your generic computer reply to the problem, you still haven't trollied despite me sending the info you have asked for and just keep putting up the same rubbish, YOUR COMPANY IS A SCAM AND I'M GOING TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T SCAM ANYONE ELSE, THE AMOUNT OF UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE IS A DISGRACE AND YOU SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!

A complete scam avoid at all costs.
The dress I ordered was of poor quality and fitted badly. When I say poor quality it was worse than a rag and fitted like a rag.
When I started the return process I was asked to accept a reduction in price and keep the dress, and give it away.
When I pursued the return I was offered a further reduction and I informed that a return would have to go back to China, this would involve a delay and may result in the return being lost. Therefore no refund.
Unfortunately this was when I looked at the reviews.
Even if one seeks a refund or accepts a reduction in price one gets nothing.
Read the reviews don't buy from this company.

Do NOT order from this company

Do NOT order from this company. They do not offer refunds, advising that if you need a refund you must pay for the return to China yourself. They have been terrible to communicate with and after complaining they have suggested a 25% refund. Shocking

The Thickest of Thieves

I expect to see the same automated response to this review that I've been receiving for the past two years now - there is absolutely no service from service (at) joymitty.com, just templates of drivel. Essentially, they are thieves, peddling fraudulent goods. If I don't receive a full refund or a response from an actual human I plan to take my case to the Chinese ambassador in London. You may think £60 isn't much money, but if you add up every awful review here, it must count as grand theft. Any joy with my refund Joymitty??

Poor service and goods

Ordered 4 shirts same material different colours. None were as advertised material and 2 from one manufacturer and 2 from another.
Trying to return items☹️. Return site not available.

First order placed…

I placed my first order for four men's short sleeve shirts average price of £17 each with discounts I did not read review until after I placed the order so was sceptical that the order would be ok, well order delivered today 14 days not a bad time frame, item were well packed nice material and fitted as per advertised sizes, perfect positive experience at a good price

I wouldn't give any star rating for this company . I placed an order in July 2022 didn't receive anything they took money straight away from my credit card but failed to deliver any goods. I contacted them frequently to no avail but I persisted I eventually got a reply asking for my details they managed to track the order and confirmed to me that the order had been lost in transit.they offered to resend the items or a refund I chose a full refund I am still waiting I have had to pass it on toy credit card issuer as a case of theft /fraud as I seem to be getting nowhere . DO NOT ORDER FROM JOYMITTY . Crooks Facebook etc also informed that they should ban their adds.

Do not touch this company they are a scam its a shame you can't give them0 stars they are taking people's money and not sending there orders i ordered 4weeks later i emailed them with no reply I have emailed them 3 times now unfortunately it wasn't a PayPal paid order so I have no comeback please don't get burnt by these scammers I can't believe the amount of advertising they are able to do legally I hope someone stops them !!!!

Poor customer service

I have emailed this company so many times about my order, no response ,have waited over 4 weeks .today only 2 shirts have turned up and the one i wanted hasn't. I am so fed up with this company. i have now asked my bank to intervene to get my money back.and the quality of the shirts is poor.for me to return them i have got to pay for the returns.this is totally unacceptable for the amount of grief this company has put me through.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased several items from this company and when they eventually arrived I didn't want to keep anything. The fabric is cheap and the products are poor quality. They looked nothing like the pictures. I felt bad so I kept a couple of items and requested return. I was offered a discount to keep everything but the stuff was no use to me. I returned the items through Royal Mail as instructed. It cost me £22 as the address was in China. I haved emailed repeatedly for my refund, sent pictures of the items and the certificate of posting and have received no refund. I got my order in September and it is now February. This company is a total rip off. I would advise anyone buying from them to read the reviews and decide against it as you will end up out of pocket for a very poor product that isn't worth buying in the first place.

I was taken in by the continual…

I was taken in by the continual bombardment of ads for this company on social media. The dresses looked like really nice summer dresses so I took a chance and ordered a couple. There was not acknowledgement of my order, an order number or an estimated delivery date - the only way I knew it had been received was from the very prompt PayPay payment made. After no communication from the company whatsoever one of the dresses finally turned up. The dress is awful (it's only redeeming feature is that it fits!). I can't really describe the material (feels like shiny nylon) and looks like the type of thing my mum used to put on over her clothes when she did the cleaning. Having belatedly read the reviews on Trust Pilot I've decided not to put myself through the hassle of returning it and have put it in the bin - I wouldn't even have the cheek to send it to a charity shop! I'm obviously a scammers dream but lesson learnt.
