Overall - OK…

The delivery information was a bit iffy and it took 12 days to arrive. However, when I got my shirt I loved it and overall I am happy with the outcome. Would I purchase from this company again - yes, just be prepared to wait a bit longer to receive the purchase.
Beware of false carrier company's trying to scam you for an unpaid fee of 2Euro's

I ordered a shirt for my husband for Christmas and I had a few delivery issues so I was immediately refunded my money and gifted the shirt. Excellent customer service from a great company👍

I stupidly bought some items of…

I stupidly bought some items of clothing from this company. They advertise returns, so thought would be okay. Clothing was not as advertised and of poor quality. I needed to return and contacted company,I was informed it would need to be sent to China, I stupidly did this must have been brain dead that day. Anyway 6 months later,parcel arrived back. Royal Mail said addressee declined parcel as tax was due their end. Contacted company they stated they could not refund as not received in China.I sent proof of Chinese ends refusal as was on parcel. No response funnily enough. This company is obviously scamming, Facebook should remove them .A very stupid purchaser. never again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Wish I'd read the reviews before I placed an order. Top advertised as sparkly had no sparkle AT ALL, just dark yellow and black print and looks like it's from a charity shop. Size guide is totally wrong as top is enormous. Too expensive to return as already paid £8 delivery. Will never deal with this company again.
Have today received email saying I can have 15% discount off my next order, which is absolutely useless. Why on earth would I ever place another order with them when they can't even send the item I originally ordered ? How are they still allowed to trade with such appalling service and totally shoddy goods ?

Zero stars

Zero stars, returned several items as they werent as pictured and wrong sizes, the tracking shows its in china, its been over 2 months since and still no refund

I have ordered 2 items from this company the 1st one was about 6 months ago I'm still waiting for it to arrive, they were very quick to take my money. The 2nd order was 2 weeks ago and still nothing, can't get in contact with them. I'm just sorry I ordered again. I placed an order on 28th Oct

I placed an order on 28th Oct, received email saying thank you for your order.
I have never received an order number but the money has gone from my account. 2nd email sent to them to ask what is going on and still no response.
Wish I had seen these reviews before buying. Absolute crap service

UPDATE 6/11/22
They replied on here straight away but having sent yet another email as they requested with the completion email attached, they have defaulted to not replying to the email.
Probably reply on here again to try and make it look like they are trying to sort the issue

Update on Joymitty

Had a reply from Joymitty but still nothing has been done. I will not give up if that is what they are hoping for and the appropriate people have been informed. Watch this space.
I cannot put into words my opinion of this company.
Update 30/10/22 - reply from Joymitty which is a standard reply the same as all the others I have had.
Ombudsman is on the case.

I ordered 2 dresses in August it took around 2 weeks to receive them, they were too small poor quality material so I contacted to return they sent an address 11 lines long to return to, I could not afford to track as I paid £12.30 to return. After at least 8 e-mails & 2 months later I still have not had a refund!!!!!!!!!! Just a load of automated replies saying promise to refund when they receive my parcel. They will make a comment on this review but please do not believe it as automated & they try to look concerned which they are definitely NOT. Now I check Trustpilot when I see an advert for clothes wish I had done it before I ordered from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. The stupid name Joymitty should be enough to let you know there’s something fishy about them.
I bought a number of items from this company and they took three weeks to arrive from China. The quality of the items was dreadful and the sizes were ridiculous. I contacted the company and said I wanted a refund. They said that since it was expensive to send items to China, if I kept the items they would refund 15% of the cost.
I refused this ridiculous offer and sent the items back to China. The postage cost £22 from the UK because I paid for insurance as well. Indeed, the value of the items was only £53.
I forwarded tracking information to Joymitty.
As it turned out, the parcel was lost and I received £72 compensation from the Royal Mail.
I was lucky the parcel was lost because the compensation covered my outlay, more or less. Needless to say, I never heard from Joymitty again.

Beware

Please, please, please be aware of this company. I purchased three dresses and a top from them spending just over 75 pounds, nothing that I ordered was the size I ordered,in fact they didn't even fit my 12 year old granddaughter. I contacted the company for the address to exchange the items for the right size and was offered half my money back and give the items to family or friends. After several emails I gave up and accepted the money offered and gave the clothes to a charity shop. This company really should be looked in to by trading standards.

Joymitty Dispute over refund

With regard to my recent review and Joymitty saying my parcel had not been received in China, I now show photos of all remarks written on it, when it was returned to me 9 months later, including a sticker with Chinese writing, which I obviously cannot understand. It was definitely returned from China and according to Royal Mail, Chinese Customs informed Joymitty asking them to collect.

5mths now waiting for a refund. Shocking company to deal with. Cheap nasty clothing and nothing like they advertise. Trading Standards should ban them from advertising in the UK.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company, avoid at all costs, rip off merchants. I'm £100 down after nearly a year of trying to get a refund. There returns policy is no existant and the quality of their clothing is dire.

Only sorry I didn’t take note of these reviews…

Sadly i should have read these reviews before I made my purchase of items which although arrived quickly are indeed very cheaply made with very poor material and varying sizes. I agree with others that their return system is ridiculous and the company know this as they suggested that as the items are so cheap that I give the unwanted order to a charity shop! I will not be ordering from them again and feel duped by their advertising and annoyed by their communication. You have been warned by many - not to be recommended!

Good value - nice tops

I ordered 5 tops which arrived in 11 days. The quality of the fabric was good and looked nice. The sizes were a bit odd and I found it difficult to decide which was the best size to go for as I was under the impression they may be on the small side. However, the fit was okay on 4 tops (albeit a bit loose) but the 5th one was too big as I had gone for a bigger size than the others, so this will end up on my sewing machine to be altered as it is not worth the hassle of trying to send it back. One of the tops was shown to have three-quarter sleeves but came with long sleeves. Apart from that they were all okay and were good value. Sadly, they don't look as good on me as they do on the models.

A Little delivery hiccup, however very happy

I had a major problem with the courier company which was delivering my order. I therefore had cause to contact joymitty several times. Each time the response was swift, helpful and finally they managed to ensure my order eventually was delivered.
