Joyous is the best decision of my life. I suffered from severe PTSD. This treatment has helped me in so many ways. I sleep at night. I’m not constantly worried or anxious. It helps me be in my present moment and I am so grateful for joyous. The staff has been really pleasant as well

Having this medication delivered directly to my home at an affordable price has been a game changer. I have battled PTSD, anxiety, addiction, and depression for years. This medication has helped me with all of these conditions. It has given me insights, symptom relief, and has helped me to establish new healthy habits. Staff is quick with responses and able to resolve any problems that have arisen (few and far between). Word of warning, this medication will bring trauma to the surface. A necessary part of the healing process. Things got difficult for a while, but I know that I am healing and handling the trauma in a healthier way now. I recommend this treatment to anyone willing to look inward and walk through their dysfunctions with courage. It helps to pair this with therapy.

My experience has been great with this treatment because I feel happier than I've ever being,and yet i'am in control of my life. My focus has gotten so much better than ever before, I've been in treatment for about 3 months. I haven't had any negative side affects at all & i'am very grateful I found out about this treatment, i highly recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from anxiety. This also helps me with joint pain since I have arthritis, what a relief!
Best thing that ever happened to me.

I've been a Joyous customer for over two years. I just canceled my subscription with them, mainly because I believe they're a shady company, and I don't want to hinge my mental health on a company I can't trust. I've read many complaints of people continuing to be charged after they've canceled their subscription.

I've also developed a tolerance to the ketamine, but it did still help a little bit. I just don't like the idea of paying a company that deletes complaints and censors posts in their community forum.

I've never posted a complaint there, but I've been banned anyway just from replying to people's posts trying to help them. My posts say "IN REVIEW" next to my username and never end up posting now. I guess they didn't like the things I said trying to help people.

Furthermore, the troches can cause soreness in the gums after using them for so long. And being as though ketamine is an anesthetic, it can make you a bit numb physically, on top of the antidepressant effect. It's not fun being physically numb all the time.

And I know permanent bladder damage mainly happens to people who abuse it, but it was always in the back of my mind. There are more natural substances like psilocybin that will probably be more available in the future.

I have experienced something truly helpful for the first time in a long time and that is Joyous. I would highly recommend this to any friends family. I’ve even recommended it to my neighbor before I will be happy to continue this program when I come back from my pause.

It was amazing!!! Went from a low point in my life!!! My father passed away3 years ago and about 2.5 years later after he passed I started this low dose ketamine!!! I’ve been taking it for 5 months and what a difference!!!

Excellent company. The doctor I've been working with and support staff have been great from day one. Having this ability to work with doctors to treat my PTSD and depression has been transformational.

The medicine was a game changer and the educational videos made it easier to let go of the things effecting my mental health and well-being.

It have help though life much easier. Made me more calm and not as short fused.

I had been happy with Joyous until their negligence forced me and my girlfriend to cancel an entire vacation we both took time off work for. They told me I had no refills, then made me wait until 9/22 for an appointment—only for my provider to confirm I did have a refill and had already approved it on 9/16. Despite me texting and emailing daily, Joyous never responded. A week of silence, lost vacation time, and being left without medication that treats my depression—this isn’t just bad customer service, it’s dangerous. Beware.

TERRIBLE patient experience. They are here to turn and burn, making profit. They have a one size fits all model that just doesn't work for everyone.

You have to beg them to send a cancellation form to submit; which they will claim if you had medication shipped in 14 days, they will still charge you the next subscription fee.

This equates to paying double for a month in order to cancel. As soon as I see that charge, I'll dispute it with my bank.

I am also tempted to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board due to their irratic prescribing patterns and poor patient care.

This is an awful service that uses automated check-ins. Sometimes, you get six a day, and sometimes, you don't get any for a week.

If they forget to advise that an appointment is needed, you can pay two subscription fees and only receive one pack of medication.

We reached out to a patient advocate and they directed us to file State Medical Board and State Pharmacy Board complaints on this service.

Even though your subscription covers your current month (often a month behind due to office visit and shipping delays), Joyous will still collect ANOTHER MONTH'S SUBSCRIPTION FEE without shipping any medication.

"If a medication refill has been dispensed within fourteen (14) days prior to your next Billing Period,
payment for that Billing Period will still be collected, but the Subscription will not renew thereafter. No
refunds are provided for partially used Subscription Periods once Medication has been shipped."

Haven't been able to contact or get a response regarding my medication I haven't had any issues til recently with them sending me the wrong dosage and now they won't answer even though it's been a few "business days" like they claim

Life-changing. Incredible. Given a new sense of life. After a few months, I know it had done its job. If I ever need to do it again, I know it would help me.

I am writing as a returning patient who previously completed treatment with Joyous a little over a year ago. My initial experience was highly positive, and after a year in remission, I was hopeful to return when my symptoms recently resurged. Unfortunately, this time around has been markedly different, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

Two weeks ago, I made an appointment to restart treatment. After completing intake and waiting for the provider, I was informed they would not be able to see me and that I would need to reschedule. I accepted this and booked the soonest available appointment, one week later. At my second attempt, after signing in and waiting again, I was once more told the provider could not see me and was again directed to reschedule. Now, facing a third attempt, I am being asked to wait over a week more while my symptoms are only worsening without care.

I have reached out through every channel Joyous provides, only to be met with generic form responses acknowledging my frustration but offering nothing beyond “please reschedule.” From a healthcare perspective, I cannot imagine treating patients’ needs with so little urgency. The repeated cancellations, lack of direct support, and extended waits have left me feeling deeply disappointed and neglected—especially given the contrast with the excellent care I once received.

I came back to Joyous because of the trust I had built through my initial treatment. I ask that you please take my situation seriously and review how patient care and scheduling are being managed. Patients seeking mental health support are often at their most vulnerable, and the current process has left me feeling unseen rather than supported.

I hope Joyous can address these issues so that both I and others in similar circumstances may once again experience the quality of care that I know your organization is capable of providing.

My depression lifted almost immediately. Great experience. About 7 months in i started having bladder & incontinence problems , I researched it & found it may be a side effect.
I am now weaning myself off which is really scary.

The medication genuinely helps. I am able to think very clearly when using it and the ever present tension in my neck softens. The constant body tension has improved and my anxiety has reduced significantly. The depression has improved as well.
