Saw 3 separate videos on this.. it looked wonderful!
I ran it in the house for several days before trying to use it in my van. After I day in the van, running off an 1800 watt generator, it started beating... error code E1 for low battery.
I reviewed the manual and found that my model DID NOT have items 2,3 & 4... the high, medium and low switch NOR the 15 amp fuse port...for which I purchased additional 15 amp fuses in anticipation.
I read something about an additional adapter that might be needed but it was never mentioned when I ordered and all the videos I saw had these components!
So.. did I get a faulty model in missing components or was there some catch I missed in neglecting to purchase the additional module??
At any rate the item does not work unless it's plugged into a household wall outlet.
Unfortunately, I purchased it for use in my van.

I ordered a piece for my truck over a month ago and still have not received the package, and I received an email saying it shipped 2 weeks ago! ??? My package.

My fridge was delivered way earlier than expected and the cover arrived about 10 days later as expected. I am happy with my purchase and very satisfied with how well it works. I will be using it in my minivan while traveling and camping.

I like that you got the part here as fast as you did but it here in the states but I haven't gotten it yet. So that is why the 4 stars. But I will order from you again.

Messaged multiple times about my order that was messed up. Got zero response. I want my money back or the item fixed.

The receiver hitch locks are very robust. Would be more convenient to have the locking opening facing out in a 90 degree then straight in line of the shaft. Other then that it is an excellent product!!

My husband doesn't have a heater in his car and this is the answer! It's FANTASTIC!

Construction looks good ... check with me after a winter of use .... should be perfect for reaching the entire windshield of my Yukon

Order product on 9/28/20. As of 10/6/20 have not received product. Small package item. Your "tracking" technology is difficult to use and not in real time. I hope the quality of the product makes up for your shipping capabilities.
