Recently moved and my experience was smooth. Georgia is helpful and responding quickly if any issues.

I have stayed at a property managed by Life by Ringley and i have to say that they are very professional and very consistent with communication. I have to give a special and separate 5/5 star review for Georgia who has looked after me throughout my 2years in their property as any issue I had, she made me feel reassured things would get sorted efficiently. I did have a slight rent issue that was an error on their part, but Georgia had this quickly resolved. They also helped during lockdown and thought of creative ways to get everyone together. Would definitely recommend :)

I am so impressed and thankful for everything that Ringley have done for us, from the moment we first rang to when we moved in. Joanne was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. She was very accommodating for all the many questions and requests I had! Georgia was also excellent, friendly and very fast to respond when we moved in. Both of them made our move a smooth and pleasant process. I had an issue with a sofa falling apart in the flat since I moved in, I emailed Georgia on a whim not really expecting much but she was extremely helpful in assisting me and sending over new options to the landlord in replacing it!
