What can I say, Joe is an exceptional person and very skilled at what he does. I described my dream summer house and Joe and the team made it happen. Due to his professionalism I then booked him in for further work and he’s about to finish my windows and composite doors. If you are thinking of getting work done then I can’t recommend JPK Property Solutions enough.

Joe and the team really made everything easy! Communication from start to finish was excellent, pricing was fair and cheaper compared to other quotes. We hired Joe and his team to complete some very long overdue repairs to our roof. We had water coming through the roof, problems with the felt, broken tiles, and a host of other issues.
Joe was absolutely wonderful from the start.
He came out when he said he would, inspected everything, explained in detail the problems, solutions, and offered a very good quote for the intended work.
On the day the team were due to start the work, they arrived promptly, completed the job to above and beyond our expectations, were extremely tidy in their work, and the surrounding areas, and were so respectful towards us, our property, totally professional, and so very pleasant and likeable.
I can only say that, if you need a trustworthy, professional, quality, job, at a good price, with thorough explanations to ensure that you understand what needs doing, then I can highly recommend Joe and his team to fulfil your needs.

I needed two composite doors and was recommended to use JPK! Joe came around and surveyed and quoted for me, Once I placed the order he kept me informed on the progress of my order. When it came to fitting was very clean and professional done a brilliant job.. I’m now having my windows done now to.. such friendly guys.. would highly recommend and very competitive on price.

So, this guy Joe reckons that he is some sort of expert , well he's not.
He is an absolute genius!!!
Through his and the teams skills, diligence and hard work they have fitted a complete new roof to our place and performed other enhancements which not only make our house stand out from the rest but we consider that it has added to its value.
We were kept informed of progress right from the off and at every stage we were consulted on any changes or problems that were encountered.
All work was finished on time, and at the agreed price. Everywhere was swept clean and tidy on completion.
No problems here at all recommending JPK to do any work that you may be thinking of.
We are so impressed that we are definitely going to contact them for any future work that we may need doing.

Joe and his team came and fit two UPVC doors on our side shed, Joe also adjusted our front door while on site as it was catching the door frame slightly, very helpful, very informative and an altogether brilliant job, will be using for any future jobs.

Joe and his team were absolutely amazing! They have worked on several projects on our home and have transformed it! We gave Joe an idea of what we wanted for a new porch and he made it a reality - it's perfect and everyone who comes by comments on how nice it is.
They are a really friendly and hard working team, and Joe is great at communicating- chatting through any issues and working with us to find solutions. They always arrive when they say they will and they were great with our kids too - very patient and accommodating!
