I wanted to share my experieces with the excellent customer service provided by JRC. I ordered a Garmin mount and DHL managed to lose it. Josh sent me a new one straight away that arrived promptly. My messages were answered very quickly and I am very satisfied with the Garmin outfront mount I received. I would recommend JRC to all cyclists!

Great products and and an amazingly prompt delivery which is refreshing in today's world where most companies delivery / shipping methods are pedestrian slow and ridiculously expensive at best.

Great customer service, first rate products. I purchased thpully wheels and a stealth mount for my Garmin. The pulley wheels are really high quality and look amazing. The mount is great, havhad ones in the past bought from ALIExpress, these are a worls apart, worth every penny.

I have ordered goods from JRC twice now and following on from the first experience this second experience has been just as positive. They are responsive with their communication and their high quality products are dispatch and received very promptly. I ordered goods on Wednesday evening to be delivered to Australia and they arrived on Friday morning from Ireland. That is exceptional!

Once again fantastic bargains from JRC, top quality products at affordable prices, my go-to online shop for finishing kit and have yet see anything from JRC that was not top quality, bring the being to your bike.

Great options for customising the look of your bike! Delivery arrived within a day or two of ordering and everything looked even better than the pictures on the website and the quality of the components is brilliant. I bought stem spacers, bottle cage bolts, water bottles and stem cap / coffee bundle. I had to exchange a stem cap because I ordered it in the wrong colour by accident and the customer service was second to none! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to make their bike feel that little bit more special!

The best customer service. I sent Josh an email to make sure I was ordering the correct parts. I had a reply straight away, so I placed the order and received the goods in Australia from Ireland in the matter of days. The goods look great and will be installed on my new bike ready for pick up soon. I'm looking forward to seeing it all come together. I highly recommend these guys!

Ugh. You know, too good of a customer service, don't you just hate that? The problem with these guys is that, they're like that dealer (ahm bike part dealer) that is way too friendly and you don't want to go anywhere else because it will feel like cheating.

And their products! Nicely engineered, awesome colors, kind of takes out the excitement of searching for new parts, because JRC probably has it.

So I guess this is for me. JRC components for life.

Oh and yes, I did use my Garmin mount with light/gopro attachment on my first Audax 200 and it performed perfectly.

I was a first time customer with JRC, I had an issue with delivery due to postal strikes. Communication was first class and the issue was resolved very quickly.

I have bought a considerable number of items from JRC Components over the years - garmin mounts, chain catchers, bags, mugs, frame protectors etc. All are made to the highest quality with excellent materials. But more than the quality is the customer support & back up service. I can't recommend JRC Components highly enough.

After receiving my pulleys for my di2 dura-ace 12 sp i had a little issue with the original screws (too short) to install them on my derailleur. I spoke with Josh the next day and he came with a solution for this problem (longer screws which i received a couple of days later for free) and a refund.
