Sometimes they forget stuff in the order, sometimes the pulley wheels get stuck. However, the customer service is always on point to get the wheels spinning back again! Merci JRC Components

Following placement of order, one of the part specifications may not have worked. I sent an email to JRC staff and they responded immediately. Not only did they do the research for me to verify suitability, they acknowledged that it would not be a fit, and removed the item from the order, and proceeded to send remaining items, PLUS a free water bottle. Such great service. Also, on arrival, the part quality is very high quality and finish. Thank you JRC for your precise service and customer care.

I was looking for specific color for a pulley for the sram RD, there are a few results that have the same item but others have a negative review so I tried checking JRC Online shop, Surpricingly there are a lot of items in their website that I was actually looking for on specific color so ordered all that i need. I was sceptical that my order will not arrive as this is my first time and I havent heard any article from our country about buying item from JRC website. So I tried and wait that my item will arrive. This is where I got Amazed! the delivery just took only 4days to be delivered on our home, that is even faster that our local online store delivery service. Considering it came from Ireland going to PH. I dont know what happen there but I was not expecting it to be that fast!.

Anyways I will definitely be ordering again soon for other item. Thanks JRC Components Keep up the good work! I recommended this to my fellow bikers!

Beautiful components at competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I raised a query on Saturday, it was immediately answered, I placed the order on Sunday, It was shipped on Monday and I received it in Malaysia on Thursday! Top notch kit at great prices, if you want to bring up and customised your bike look no further. Theres something from the bmxers, triheads gravelleurs, roadies and all the way to the downhillers. The product range is as good as its vast there's something from jrc on all of my bikes . I can't recommend them highly enough

Just received my first delivery of tools & parts from JRC and fully agree with all the other reviewers here, the quality of the products and customer service is excellent. Based on this experience, I can see my planned 2022 Summer build being adorned with a few more JRC components.

They have awesome products, and a really nice aftermarket service. Had some troubles with pulley wheel - glade Josh helped me with it and send me a new one to fix it !

The products are quality, both in terms of materials & construction and the design/aesthetics. The prices are amazing, the delivery is super quick AND to top it all off their customer service & communications are first class, personal warm & friendly. This is a small company who actually cares!
