Excessively long turnaround time and incomplete services (Wig Rehab)
I ordered the wig rehab service (hairline ventilation with kinky natural hair, knots bleaching, lace tint) from J.Rena on January 13, 2024, and the experience was definitely less than ideal. I didn't receive my wig back until March 30, 2024, and to my confusion, 2 out of the 3 services was not completed (the hairline ventilation with curly hair and lace tint). The wig looked almost identical to how I sent it in.
After sending it back for correction, I was assured repairs would be done promptly, specifically quoted within 2 days of receiving the wig back. I received an email confirming receipt on April 9, 2024, but no further communication for almost 3 weeks until I reached out again.
Finally, on April 27, 2024, I received the wig, after waiting for 4 months. Not only was the turnaround time excessively long, but the quality of work on the first round was not okay at all (the correction is fine but is still sparse in the specific spot I noted I wanted to focus on which was in the front middle).
Overall, my wig was kept for 4 months and only was returned after multiple emails and messages (with rushed and incomplete services the first time).
Note: The website return time is 4-7 weeks
