This was the worst experience my wife and I have had after spending $5k. We were told that our items would arrive in 2 weeks, after 5 weeks of waiting, we called and we were told that our items were en route from there Texas warehouse. No one ever communicated this to us prior to our phone call. Once we finally received our furniture, some items were broken. We contacted JR Furniture but we haven't received the replacement parts yet. If we could give this company a zero star....we would. Customer service is A JOKE. The only time they were nice was while we were purchasing our furniture.

The worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere in my entire life. I have been told to talk to 5 different people to get my 100 dollar deposit back and I still do not have it. The horrible salesmen told me to apply online with Fairstone to see if I qualify for a interest free loan and he gave me the wrong info so now I have to go back to JR Furniture to try to get my 100 dollar deposit back. Horrible all around and would never go back. I don't believe the other reviews from other customers are real.

Poor customer service. They delivered our dining set without informing us that it is lacking one chair. If we didn't ask about it, we wouldn't know. They didn't even give us any option. We were the ones who suggested to give us one of their displays. Worst of all, they did not deliver it to us. Instead they let us pick up the missing chair. So rude.

My sofa got here quicker than expected and they also gave me a nice slim window of delivery (no waiting around all day). Most of all, this thing is gorgeous. Very happy with my experience.

I order my furniture 60 days ago now and just two weeks ago I was told its on back order. Smh. Refuse to give me a refund when they miss lead me.

Their quality furniture and impeccable customer service as always keeps me coming back to shop ....not to mention the price matching.... they won't be undersold!

Felt like we went way back!

The large coffee table had some damage and scratches, but due to COVID-19 concerns we could not come in and show the damage and then the shutdown occurred and there was nothing we could do.

For the most part happy with everything except the larger of the 3 tables we received.

I ordered a living room set just before the covid lock down. The salesperson was great, furniture choices were many and the one I finally decided on was great quality. But I had to wait 3 months to get it delivered. No ones fault of course. I will go back for more furniture in the future.

Easy to work with and the white glove delivery was great.

Not only were they helpful in helping my find the right couch but the delivery team was stupendous! Everyone at JR made my buying experience a breeze!

My couch arrived exactly as I designed it and on time. It looks and feels well made and the delivery team unwrapped assembled and placed it where I wanted. The value was above average, I would recommend JR Furniture.
