Really like this company. They have clear labels which show grain free and low fat, even very low fat, which is helpful. We lost a dog to suddenly acute pancreatitis so finding someone who does low low fat puts my mind at ease. Also they have plenty of different proteins, my Scottie is allergic to grain and chicken, there is so much hidden chicken in other brands which JR don't.

My dog likes to have a couple of the Pure Meat Sticks whenever we go for a coffee. They don't smell strongly so I pop them in a pocket in my bag. Because they are pure meat, I know that I not feeding him a lot of additives and sugar.

Disappointed when Ostrich sticks arrived. They have been cut down the middle in half and sometimes a third. They are more like wafers now than proper stick treats for my dog.

The price of the Eden food was the best online, the only negative is that I had to wait for it to come into stock before it was delivered, which obviously delayed the arrival of the food.
I only found this out by phoning them … they are always helpful over the phone though.

Great product. My dog loves these pure meat sticks and sits patiently for one.

The product and delivery are excellent. This time only 4 stars as I was missing a tube of pate and had to contact them. They gave me a complex code to remember to add to my next order. I only order every few months so that will be a bit of a bind.
I use their treat bank and pay monthly so probably expected they could credit that instead.
I'm sure it's just a one off

I buy the toppers for my 15 year old labradoodle. She is a very fussy eater and loves this food. I highly recommend all their products as they all pure.

My puppy loves products I've bought from JR.. quality is very good.. bit expensive but if you want good quality stuff , you have to be prepared to pay a higher price. I will buy again

Easy to navigate site and good food for my pup

My mini schnauzer loves all the ostrich treats! Delivery is always really fast so I don’t have to worry too much if I forget to reorder until I run out of treats :)
The only thing is that I would like to find a treat that can keep my dog entertained for a few hours. She eats them all so fast!
