Communication poor initially- in the end communication improved greatly and polos arrived on time and good quality

From the beginning, all the way through to the product in my hands, was a ridiculously rich experience. Who would have thought that drawing by hand, my own design, then finding JRSindustrial to put it on work shirts, would have been so rewarding. JRSindustrial tweeked my drawing for me, as l asked them to. They sent me the picture to check, before going ahead with the printing, l was so delighted.
Then onto printing, where l was kept up-to-date. Then on to tracked delivery.

The work shirts are top quality, comfortable and with my design on the back, l feel confident and great. I have washed them numerous times, design remains superb and the work shirts are quick to dry, l don't iron them.
Highly, highly recommended. I shall be getting some more shirts ordered. Every step of the way you are being supported.

Shocking company. Placed an order for 2 polo shirts and 2 aprons for my sons new food van as a surprise gift.
Ordered on 5th July and the polo shirts have just arrived (25/8).
No aprons. No mention of missing items.
I had to chase delivery a week after due date to be told they'd moved premises and had a surge in orders. I don't think they'd have contacted me if I hadn't chased up!
This order was a trial for a much bigger order which I will now be placing elsewhere.
Very dissapointed.

I ordered a polo and cap with my company logo from JRS Industrial, and I’m really happy with how the items turned out. They look amazing and the quality is great.

The only downside was that delivery took a while, and communication via email could have been better.

A special mention to Rolyn, who was excellent throughout. He helped me finalise the logo colours as there were different shades of green, and he was very helpful, responded quickly, and kept me updated about the delivery.

Overall, I’m very happy with the final products and would definitely order from JRS Industrial again. Just a little improvement in communication would make the experience even better!

Great experience with JRS when ordering our work uniform!
Took a while, which we understood as it was a bulk order, but the lovely Jade kept us up to date with how they were getting on and made sure it got to us on time 😊
Embroidery was beautifully done and we’re over the moon with the results!
Will definitely be using them again for our uniform!

Quality products and cannot fault the embroidery. Superb job. Order was slightly late due to relocation of business but they were quick to offer a discount without me having to request it as a way of apologising. Will use again 👍

Item said delivered but not received! Emailed to explain and quickly advised they apologise and they will dispatch asap. Fleece arrived soon afterwards logo looks amazing on the dark Fleece, size is perfect and good quality 👌

Very good company to work with communication was excellent, and embroidery was clean and professional, ill be back for more.

Excellent company 🤩. Great communication with the customer. Before they proceed with the order one member of staff called me and discussed every detail of the order. The member of staff also gave me a great piece of advice which was the cherry on top. Thank you so much guys.

The goods arrived promptly. Good quality items and the logo looks good. The attention to detail is great, and the embroidery spot-on. I recommend this company.

The Order took months, poor communication , myself nearly losing the will to live ,THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED , When the order did arrive in three box's one was split with polo shirts poking out the side of the box , In addition they were all just packed in a box no individual wrapping , I have there for had to purchase cellophane bags and bag all the items to keep them clean.
The good points
All were as expected and good quality , well finished so generally pleased and will reorder.
No one likes criticism but you should take this constructively, and make the improvements .

I can’t complain about the order I received it’s spot on embroidery quality print on all my stuff, but it took 45 days to come, yes they gave me 10% discount but communication was very poor I actually thought I’d been scammed!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!
You won’t get what you’ve ordered and the delivery will be a joke! Then you won’t be able to get hold of them. They’ve also blocked me on Facebook. So off to trading standards now. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!!

Late deliveries from the expected date even when we paid extra for the date we needed.
Arm Logos far too low down the arm the art work representation was fine just positioning.
I’m positive that I left comments on what wording we needed and we have none and now can’t find the order from to check all in all poor garment wise sleeves far to long for the shirt
Colours are good and fit is ok except the above

Awful experience, proofing was a nightmare, didn’t listen to feedback, said hadn’t had files they did have, then order was weeks late, when I enquiried about the delay I was told that the printer was broken and that I would get the order when they can find someone to outsource the job too. They have now arrived and hoodies are a weird shiny material and logos are badly placed. I won’t be complaining as they have made it clear they couldn’t care less about customers.
