rapid refund

I was sent a pair of odd sized boots. A paid return slip and full refund was provided promptly. Although such service ought to be normal it's good to call it out when it's done right.

Service above and beyond.

I am very happy with the service I received.
There was a considerable delay on delivery of my purchase but I was kept updated on the situation all the way through. I was offered a refund if I cancelled my order due to the delay but I was happy to wait.
