Easy to navigate online training platform, loaded with relevant to trade courses at good prices.

Initially I was very anxious about e-learning however the course presentation for my Level 3 Food Safety was easy to follow and interesting. My exam was booked in advance and I wasn't stressed because I was in my own home. I didn't like traditional classroom learning so now I am a big fan of on-line learning.

They are also dealing with my application for the licence with my local council. I can recommend them for anyone looking for a personal licence.

I recently qualified from home with my Award In Personal Licence Holder with JSH Solutions. The joining instructions were clear and booking the exam was set at my convenience. Answered all my questions during the process and I can recommend the service to anyone else looking to obtain their APLH.

The training provided was easy to follow, the instructor was very personable and professional and the end result was very positive. I will be recommending to others.

With the DPS leaving we needed another personal licence holder quickly . Simon organised the course and I passed on the first attempt. JSH Solutions also did all my paperwork to obtain the licence from the local council which was a lot quicker if I had done it myself. I can recommend the service 100% and we now have some other staff members taking their food safety exams with the company

I’ve worked in hospitality for over 25 years and have never really enjoyed training courses as generally they can be boring, Simon on the other hand changed my opinion, he makes it fun and interesting and will guide and support you he doesn’t single you out or make you feel stupid

I have recently obtained my Award in Personal Licence Holder qualification. I sat the course from my own home, which was a great benefit during "Lockdown" . The course presentation was engaging with interactive quizzes to keep me interested. The exam is invigilated remotely from your PC and you receive the certificate on the same day, which was excellent.

The delivery is infused with professionalism. I would highly recommend any course delivered by JSH Solutions.

Just completed the alcohol personal licence exam on-line. The resources given prior to the exam were very relevant and up to date and provided everything you needed to know. There was no time or pressure to complete the work and there were intermittent short tests along the way to both keep you interested and give you confidence in your learning.
The technical set up for the exam was very methodical and straight forward. It is recommended that this is done a couple of days in advance and I would definitely recommend that it is done at the suggested time to allow you chance to resolve any issues be it with your phone connectivity to your lap top or webcam and microphone set up. The exam itself is a very formal process with lots of things in place to make this as near to normal exam conditions as possible. There was lots of technical support available (I did need to access it briefly prior to the exam) and plenty of support and encouragement from the tutor. So, all in all, a really good experience! Highly recommended.

Excellent support received from Simon. A professional approach to understanding the needs of his clients and then tailoring his solutions to fit. Some great work done to up skill the team and also some direct delivery to our local customers. Simon has an excellent manner with his learners and ensures he gets to know them individually whilst on the course so he is best able to support their needs.
