Ball deflates

Received a ball and pumped it up, within half an hour the ball deflates.
Contacted them twice and eventually got a response, I was told I could have a refund if I sent the faulty ball back, I have responded asking them to pay for the return and send me a football which doesn't deflate.
I am still waiting on a response.

Perfect 👍🏻

Ordered 2 balls and both were spot on and for a fraction of the shop prices, effectively 2 for 1. Kids are happy and the quality looks good 👍🏻 will be ordering from here in the future.
