My lil brother has been under the care of sharleen and her amazing team for 2 yrs now and it only gets better the peace,the faith they have given us is unmatched we have changed 6 times providers prior but the last 2 years has been incredible having 2 members of my family with the same provider has made everything soo simple and easy to deal with

Amazing! Such kind, caring & supportive people who have helped my mum so much, not just helped my mum but have also helped the family cope and feel at ease!
They have gone above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough!

My daughter had been in supported living for 3 years and in that time she deteriorated to the point we were desperate for a new provider.
With careful consideration her social worker approached us with a new provider but further away. Difficult decision to make but we were informed that this provider JS was a committed company that would provide her with the support that had been sadly lacking.
OMG, what a difference Sharleen and her team of amazing carers have made to our lives.
Our daughter is thriving, well adjusted and happy for the first time in many years.
Regular reports, actions taken and support for any situation arising, straight away.
Treatment and reviews we have been requesting for years, dealt with immediately.
OMG, what a difference amd impact JS have had on our lives and our daughter’s. Sharleen and her amazing team of caring carers have given her a life thet she’s enjoying and not existing as she frequently said.
For the first time in a long time we are now able to let go of the stress and pressure knowing our daughter is being well cared for.
We have realised that JS supported living are actually a provider who do CARE. We are so grateful and appreciative giff red everything they have provided and continue to do so.

We’ve been working with this company for around six months now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. It has been incredibly refreshing to have carers who are genuinely attentive, kind, and caring—showing real affection for the client. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they have seamlessly blended in with our main team, creating an environment filled with fun, laughter, and positivity.

We genuinely look forward to their visits each day. The management is proactive and resolves any issues quickly and discreetly, without causing any disruption. We’re always made to feel comfortable and supported when reaching out with questions or concerns.

One of the standout aspects has been the continuity of care—we’ve had the same carer each day, which has provided much-needed consistency and familiarity. This has been an invaluable part of the support and has made a real difference.

I am extremely happy and very satisfied with JS supported living services . As is my grandson whom they support , he at last seems happy and at home . Settled after being moved twice .
He is always clean tidy and well looked after . He needs a CV lot of support and I am happy to say he seems to be getting it . I am very satisfied with the care and dignity that he receive from the staff when he is out and about .
When taken for meals he always has clean clothes in his bag . He is kept occupied Taken out and helped to perform simple tasks . His home is extremely clean and caters for his needs along with his housemate which is very nice .
I am hoping this maybe his forever home . As he really seems happy .

Working with managers who have got your best interest at heart with our growth as caregivers and also with colleagues who we support each other making our work more enjoyable and rewarding.

Js is determined to improve to help it’s clients, it’s established to help clients with their day to day activities and with that the client have a good quality of life. The staff receive adequate training and support this giving the best care to the clients

JS Supported Living Services has been great, it has been has helped me gain more knowledge and experience in my work, JS Supported Living Services are professional and efficient with great team members and administration, I have been happy with the working with the company.

Nothing but good things to say about JS Supported Living Services. They currently care for my mum 24 hours a day at home and 2 wonderful carers treat her with dignity and respect. They continue to adapt and provide input as my mum’s Alzheimer’s progresses and are not afraid to make suggestions on how to make her life more engaging and fun. My mum is safe, happy and content which is the most important measure for me!

This company are currently caring for my daughter.I have nothing negative to say about the team or the care that they provide. All is done to an extremely high standard.Caring, preparing and assisting my daughter, Encouraging her to be empowered and to become prepared for independent living.Communication between the team and myself is constant.Excellent service delivering excellent care.Very impressed.
