Disliked that only half my order was sent and that I had to call to ask where the rest was. Disliked that no instructions came with the bonnet protector and had to figure out how to instal based on other brands videos, the quality of the product seemed pretty good though.

There was no instructions for fitting in the package. Would have saved me a lot of bother. Got it sorted after some trial and error which could have been avoided. Sits nicely on the bonnet. Time will tell.

Well l placed order and that is it, not much communication just pretty simple with the process the product turned up and quality is good as the description on the website. Very happy with product it does what it said

Had a roller shutter tonneau fitted to my Ford Ranger by JTM Auto. Good price, prompt installation, excellent customer service. Very happy with the result. Dealings with spare parts team have also been 5 star.

I had a very disappointing experience with JTM Auto in NSW and I strongly recommend people to be careful before buying from this company.

I purchased a nudge bar for my Toyota Hiace from them, but unfortunately the part they sent did not fit my vehicle. They told me that if I returned the bar, they would send me the correct one. I agreed and paid for the return shipping myself, which I felt was fair.

I carefully packed the item and sent it back exactly as requested. Never attached it to the car. Never put any single screw. However, after receiving it, they claimed the bar had scratches and said they could no longer sell it. Because of this, they now want to charge me additional fees on top of the shipping cost I already paid.

From my perspective, this feels very unfair and unprofessional. I returned the product in good faith and followed their instructions, yet now they are trying to charge me more money for something totally fake.

This situation has been frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to think twice before purchasing from this company. Make sure you understand their return process very clearly because it may end up costing you much more than expected.

Good product

Very happy with the final result with the exception that whoever installed my roller shutter left dirty footprints all throughout the tub, and dirty foot prints and scuffs on the drivers floor and door sill. If not for that, I would’ve given them five stars.

Delivery was prompt. These were for a 2016 Subaru XV G4X. Didn't come with any instructions. Clips were fiddly to use and required some bending modifications on a couple as they interfered with the window seal when closed. They came with extra plastic rivet connectors but no extra clips. The front right metal hook rivet came out as it wasn't in properly and because it's so tiny, I had none to replace with. Had to use a tiny screw in place. Needs to be a bit more robust. The front window shape wasn't as precise as the rear. Overall quality seems good and they look great.
