They don't like criticism, only appreciate your money, if a problem they hate giving it back even if the product is faulty

Ordered some ceiling cladding, delivered on time, I was a pack short, rang the branch and within 30 minutes a new pack was delivered

Good quality goods and a speedy delivery. 1 panel short on order but informed that they will drop it off later in the week. Apart from that delivery driver and crew very helpful.

Again, lve just received excellent customer service from this company.
Goods always delivered on time with the promised courtesy call beforehand.
Always packaged well and any issues dealt with swiftly and professionally.

I wish we could order everything for our business from them, life would be much simpler.

like most suppliers, when things are going good your happy, which is how things USUALY go, but the test of a good company is when things dont go quite as planned, like in this case, i prepped a bath for fiting, put plug in feet on taps on, didnt drill cut of damage the bath at all. when i put the bath in place to level it and get it ready for final fit, i noticed a crack on the visible edge, i removed everything i put on and returned the bath as damaged. and they were having none of it. refused to exchange it, refused to refund saying i shoul dremove ALL protective film and packaging and fully inspect the bath prior to fitting it, and as i have already FIT the bath , they were refusing to help me out, saying we will return it to the supp;liers and hopefully they will refund us, then we will refund you. i had no option but to buy another bath. so pickfords were a sale up , and i was a bath down. i waited and waited and heard nothing from them, in fact the only time i heard from them was when i emailed them, and i got a reply. Pickfords washed their hands of this and wouldnt do anything to help me. I buy baths off them regularly and i reccomend them to my customers, so from me they get way more than the price of a bath, so they could have done the decent thing and refunded me, explaining about the remove film thing and kept me as a good local customer, but no, they dug their heels in and just said i didnt follow procedure ( which is wrong, who removes ALL pakaging and protective film prior to fitting the bath . ) in the end the supplier did refund them, and i 2 month later got my money back , no thanks to pickfords. so pickfords if you read this, you should have refunded me, in a good customer service style, even if you thought i was at fault, because the customers i sent to you and the baths i would have bought off you would far outweight the £196 for the bath , should you not be credited... but you were credited so you caused all this for nothing... i will not buy anything off you in future. your customer service is absolutely dire. in fact its non existant. all smiles and please and thankyous when people are buying off you , but when theres an issue you wash your hands, and you even tell customers you cant and wont help. and im a trades guy with repeat business....or was. shocking company.. thought you were good, untill my first faulty product return. id look at victoria plumb or other suppliers if i were you .

I have used Pickfords a few times now after being recommended by a friend who is also a bathroom fitter like myself. I have been impressed with their service when ever I have had any issues with my orders, and will continue to use them for future works 😁

Helpful staff, great choice

Ordered online with simplicity, delivery was prompt, delivery men were courteous and helpful, prices were very competitive for the goods we were after (2 toilets, cloakroom vanity unit, etc.). The only reason that I have not awarded 5 stars was that one of the toilets was missing a 'bung' for the unused cistern inlet hole. We only discovered this on the day the plumber came to fit the toilet so had to make a quick trip to the local plumbing merchants to buy one. I am sure that had we discovered thsi before the day of fitting Pickfords would have sorted it out for me.

What an amazing company to have stumbled upon! We were looking for a particular vanity unit which was out of stock everywhere - companies that said they had stock had to order it from the suppliers who were facing delays. We rang JT Pickfords who were the only company that had physical stock on site!

John, was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He physically checked the item for us as it was the last one to make sure it was all ok. We then headed over from Manchester and he met us outside their usual opening hours just so we could get this in time. I'm so impressed with the company that I'll happily recommend them to all my family and friends. If you have a project coming up, definitely use JT Pickfords, you will not be disappointed!

Our choice of shower tray and enclosure was made easy on the website by being in a package. We did the transaction online and the collected the following day.

Low prices at designer brand quality and speedy delivery. Also I got a credit note on the same day I returned one of the items I dint need for the project. Cant fault them really!

Item came damaged. Only realised once fitted. No return. Had to buy a full new unit because bottom of drawer was slightly damaged. Disappointing to say the least.
