Absolutely brilliant help from start to finish would I recommend 100% yes great advice and support

Hi, the delivery was quick and efficient but my partner put the toilet seat on and said that the chrome fixings were full of some sort of Gunk, and when he looked at the seat, there was a scratch on the seat, so not happy , we have kept because I had already thrown out the toilet seat that morning! I chose the company as I wanted to avoid giving more money to Amazon and keep a small business going , but the product quality was not there it was damaged! Will not be using again, because of poor service!

Bought goods for nearly £1000 and was given a delivery date. It went past 3.30 pm so wanted to ask when will they deliver as plumber was waiting. This simple phone call cost me nearly £20( not 100% sure how much it cost) It was an 0845 number which was not included in my bundle so asked phone provider, they gave this number which was found to be JT Pickfords’.

Originally made telephone contact with company and had a very polite, helpful lady who gave me all the information I needed regarding the bath screen I needed . I then ordered on line and the screen arrived on time and we are delighted with it!

I bought a toilet seat that I could not fit because the grommets were too large for the hole.
I finally got to know that there are two options on the grommet size.
This was after spending time fitting, un fitting, having to replace the old seat and spending further time doing unsuccessful internet search.
I finally spoke to a lady at your shop who explained there were two options.

Suggest you either have both options included in the pack, just a few pence cost or have them in store after explaining to the customer the situation.

I bought and fitted the exact same seat a few years ago and fitted no problem, it is a very good seat
