We needed a new mains supply as a leak had occurred in a particularly inaccessible place. Given the time constraints of getting this fixed imposed by Severn Trent I was concerned that this may prove difficult.

I need not have worried. From first contact, everything ran like clockwork.

Todd and Tom, who sorted everything out, are highly knowledgeable, skilled hard workers who completed the job and left everything so clean and tidy that apart from the new entry box and pipe you would never know work had been carried out.

Highly recommended is an understatement.

Fast response to inspect the leaking lead pipe.
Came out on a Saturday to do a temporary fix. Left it tidy.
Came back and finished the job on the day they said they would.
Really impressed with the work. Even jet washed the area where they had been working after they had replaced the pipe.

I rang this company after Yorkshire Water informed me I had a leak which turned out to be an underground one under the extension.Todd was brilliant,explained every step of what needed to be done and how long it would take,cost etc.Todd and Tom turned up on time,worked extremely hard and nothing is too much trouble.Todd is so knowledgeable about his work and customer satisfaction is extremely important to him.When they left,everything was back in place .Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

So glad we got Todd to do the work replacing water pipes. It was a tricky job on difficult terrain. He and his colleague worked so hard every day, keeping us informed of what needed to be done and why. Todd has just completed a very complex job that involved multiple properties with multiple owners. The job was definitely not straight forward and he worked with all owners to find a solution that minimised the impact on everyone. His ability to find different solutions was impressive. First-class customer service from start to finish. Needed to upgrade the main water service ASAP for increased flowrate for the new hot water cylinder. The team at JT Pierpoint Utilities moved heaven and earth, including working late, to get the job done at extremely short notice. The job was far from straight forward due to the elevations of our property and tight space. The team were friendly, punctual and cleaned up after job was complete. 10/10 highly recommended and would use them again in the future.
