Amazing. Tod was so helpful & did a fantastic job. Put in a new water supply & 7 outside taps throughout my garden. Very professional & knowledgeable I would highly recommend him without question

Todd was recommended by an employee of Seven Trent Water following a underground pipe leak being found. Right from the start the experience and service has been excellent. He had good communication, prompt with attending to the work and completed it all within one day. He and Tom (his colleague) have a friendly approach with no awkwardness and get the work done. I would highly recommend using JT Pierpoint Utilities! Deserve more than 5 stars.

Informed by Severn Trent that we had a leak in a water pipe on our front drive. Contacted Todd through a recommendation and he came to assess the work required. After approving his quote he was able to do the work within 2 days. I was worried about the amount of mess this could mean as we have block paving and didn't want it to be spoilt. Needn't have worried, after removing only the parts required and laying a new pipe from the road to the kitchen, all was returned to perfect order, you could not tell it had been disturbed. Todd and his colleague Tom worked so hard and the work was completed in 2 days, they were both extremely professional and courteous and would highly recommend. Thank you both for a job well done.

Spoke to Todd about a leak we had under our driveway, within a few days he turned up, repaired it. He left it cleaner than it was in the first place! Couldn’t recommend him enough, a huge thanks again mate!

I had a leak in the water troughs in the stables. Todd came and fixed it. Great job!

Informed by Severn Trent that my mains water supply had a leak, Todd came over within a day, assessed the job and quickly suggested a remedy. He and his colleague, Tom, were on site within two days and installed a full new water supply pipe. This involved a lot of digging and using the ‘mole’ tool. They never stopped and the works were completed within 2 days.
I was really impressed by Todd’s knowledge and professionalism and by the hard work by both.
After the works they completely cleared the site leaving no mess whatsoever.
I would not hesitate in recommending Todd and Tom to anyone, really impressed with their clean and tidy hard work.

Advised by Severn Trent that I had a leak on my property somewhere. Todd came out within days and gassed the system to diagnose where the leak was (under the kitchen) and gave me options on what he could do explaining the process, cost and (no) disruption benefits and timeline to fix. He was very polite, courteous and efficient – exuded reassurance all the way with absolutely no pressure at all. His work was excellent, he re-routed the whole mains water supply to a new entry point in the utility room and fitted a new stop tap, capping off the old supply. Absolutely amazing job using a mole machine under the block paving which involved lifting a few blocks in certain areas rather than the whole driveway and path. A fantastic clean up and after he had finished you couldn’t even tell he had been. 100% recommend this company – can’t praise him enough.

Todd came out on Christmas Eve after we found a leaking water pipe underground in our front garden. Todd came at short notice and was quick and efficient at solving the problem. He was friendly and very professional. We can’t thank Todd enough as we would’ve been without water over Christmas and potentially new year without his help!

Todd's team came out on Sunday in horrid weather just before Christmas to save ours. They located a severe leak underground and repaired it within the day after excavation. Despite deep trench work, after they left, you wouldn't have noticed they'd been. Everything was left neat. Polite, professional and completed on time. I'd highly recommend although I hope I never have to use them again :-)
