Works out of the box. No fussy setting up needed. Ordering and delivery trouble free. 2 year guarantee with no fuss as product is registered for you by JTX. Wouldn’t use it to jog as it doesn’t go fast enough. Ideal for walking though. Quiet operation Would recommend both product and company.

Bought mainly to use with a standing desk. Really substantial and much better quality than I anticipated (compared to other desk treadmills). Also really useful when you don't want to go out and walk in the wet weather! Very pleased.

I have had the treadmill for about two weeks now, and overall have really enjoyed it. The pro's: quality construction, small enough to fit under desk and hide away when not using, works very well, soft to walk on, the remote works well, feels well built, and the purchase and delivery was excellent. The con's: The treadmill has an auto shut-off function that just is not mentioned anywhere is the product listing or in the user manual, and has proved to be very frustrating, as when it shuts off, it instantly deletes all statistics it was providing for the workout you were doing (distance, time, step count, etc.) I don't actually know if it is a time restraint, distance restraint, overheating, or anything, as like I said, it isn't mentioned anywhere in relation to the machine. This auto shut-off also appears after a certain amount of time when you've paused your workout, which kind of defeats the point of having a 'pause' function in the first place, if it will only pause for a minute or two and then shut off completely - losing all the statistics of the workout. Again, not mentioned anywhere in the manual regarding the pause feature. It also is not as quiet as the listing would lead you to believe, certainly couldn't be used in an office setting without annoying those around you. Would I recommend, yes absolutely. It's an excellent treadmill. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because a £500 treadmill should definitely be able to give you a summary at the end of your workout, a pause feature that can remain paused without turning the machine off for no reason, and a user manual that explains all features of the treadmill, such as an auto-shutoff feature.
