The treadmill has been perfect for my husband and I. Its made getting in exercise easier as we can just hop on whenever we want to without needing to think about what we need to leave the home or being self conscious in public. Its easy to use and has wide range of speeds available. It is also one of the few treadmills our there that actually fold to a compact size which was just what we needed!

Very good product. Slight wrinkle with assembly but got that sorted and up and running quickly.

Product is overall solid, however when running the frame does shake with each stride which causes the upright struts to rattle and squeak. Product quality far exceeds that of other folding treadmills I've had (I've gone through 2 over the past 3 years) but this one is far superior. now if only I can stop the annoy squeak when running I'll be a happy man.

It's great. Can't fault anything. Folds away to ocupy virtually no space and I can assemble it quite easily. Love the tablet space to watch a movie on the go 😀 the programs could be explained a bit better as dificult to understand

It is a little tricky to assemble as the booklet a little unclear could not fold away without help but great machine the booklet would benefit from a greater breakdown of the programmes it has to offer especially for people who do not use this equipment as don’t go to the gym. A series of videos on the programmes and how to set programmes would be helpful, great value for money

Great machine, easy to operate and use. Very quiet motor. Seems good build quality. Pity there are no real Maintenance instructions. Make sure you lubricate…..where?

So far I can only rate this product as 1 star because I haven't been able to use it since I purchased it. The belt came completely dry and I was provided no clear instructions on how to lubricate the belt. The treadmill itself seems well built but it is quite wobbly and makes a creaking sound. The handles are difficult to fix upright and can easily be pushed into the folding position. I'm yet to properly experience this product because of the issues I've had but in any case I wouldn't recommend it and even if I get it to work I wouldn't buy from JTX again.

I love the treadmill. It’s a bit too heavy for me to fold and put away each time I use it so I leave it up in one place, but if it had to be moved I could do it. It performs brilliantly and as described. It’s easy to use and the instructions are easy to follow. It’s very good value for money and really good quality.
