Rowing machine arrived on time, took about 30 minutes to assemble and works perfectly

Straightforward assembly,very well made,very very pleased with it.

It’s a really nice exercise bike for a good price. Easy to set up. Links in to Kinomap and others but the on bike options are enough for me. The fifth star will appear when I get it set up so I can ride in a sit up and beg style, experimenting with saddle position. Happy with it

The product (a walkpad) seems really good quality, very solid. Delivery was good and the customer service excellent. Would recommend.

The equipment is excellent. Delivery was a little disappointing, we had to get it upstairs ourselves as the delivery men could barely move it.

Bought the sprint 9 delivery was exactly as when they said it would be
Fairly easy to put together does need 2 people as quite heavy
Used it a couple of times already
Connection to zwift easily and is fairly quiet even when you ramp up the speed
Would recommend

This is the third piece of equipment I have bought for home use. JTX are efficient and helpful though the instructions for assembly could have been better. And they did not respond to emails and a phone call asking for advice. So only 4 stars not 5.

I found JTX through online search with supporting positive reviews. I visited the JTX office in Shoreham to see and test the equipment before purchase. The member of staff explained the choice of models, differences and warranty / support and gave me all time I required - definitely worth the trip.
Equipment arrived within a couple of days, with clear instructions for assembly: just take your time and read everything first.
One short phone call to request an additional part was handled efficiently and promptly.

It's been almost 3 weeks. I am so happy with my purchase. I use the tredmill every otherday. Very easy to use, love the big screen, l wish l could play movies on it but maybe in another model. Easy to order, information follow after with guidance, you can connect to two apps and bluetooth. Programs loaded to every user. Size wise big but we need it. My husband and l done best purchase for our health. Thank you

Great delivery service and brilliant product. I put the cross trainer together on my own and the wiring does take a little focus but all doable. Ideally use two people to build from the box. Would recommend and use JTX again.

I loved my Treadmill but had a problem with one of the 'catches'. I advised JTX of the problem and they acted immediately to rectify the issue. I was very impressed by their professionalism.

We were very well advised at the showroom and welcome to try out the treadmills. We chose the Sprint 7 as it was just the right size for our room. This is a great machine. The delivery was well informed beforehand, on time and straight to where we wanted it. Assembly was easy. No need for after sales service yet. A very painless and impressive experience.

Very impressed with my JTX sprint 8 pro…much better quality than I expected for the price. Great for indoor runs, can’t fault it yet.
