Top Service & Great Treadmill
Sales office were fantastic, James - Frank and Jamie, all super helpful. Purchased a club pro commercial treadmil, very sturdy machine, and I would highly recommend it. I have used several other brands and this machine is the best by far. The engineer who installed the machine was professional. Overall very pleased!

Wow where do I start.Absolutely fantastic company.I purchased a runrise incline treadmill which arrived yesterday on time and delivered to my room of choice which was upstairs.Set up was easy as it’s already assembled.Nice sturdy so far very impressed but what I’m impressed with the most is the company staff after numerous phone calls of me babbling on asking lots of questions they were extremely helpful and patient.If you are after a treadmill don’t overlook JTX the treadmills are amazing and the staff even more amazing if I could give 10stars I would.Thank you all at JTX for your knowledge,professionalism and support.

I am a serious runner and I bought my Sprint 9 Pro treadmill from JTX based on the weight of positive reviews about the machine that I evaluated (including from Which? and The Guardian), and although it is early days the machine is already delivering, with a top speed of 22kph which sets it apart from competitors, as does an excellent 3y warranty.
However I also believe that JTX is a really well run, efficient, responsive and environmentally conscious company and sending business their way also appeals strongly to me. I had a minor problem setting up the machine (actually my own fault!) and JTX sent engineer Peter to resolve the issue - he came and resolved the problem very swiftly and is a gentleman.
Really happy with JTX in all respects and I will definitely be using them again.

I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience. I ordered a treadmill and requested a refund while the box was still mostly unopened. I was then told I would have to pay £199.22 for the return courier fee. For a product that has barely been touched, this charge is nothing short of extortionate.
To make matters worse, the courier company used—BJS Two Man Delivery—has been awful to deal with. Even attempting to rearrange delivery was quoted at around £120, which is outrageous for a simple rescheduling request. Their communication, customer service, and overall approach have been shockingly poor. It feels like every step of the process is designed to squeeze more money out of the customer.
Between the inflated return charges and the ridiculous delivery-related fees, the whole experience has been stressful, unfair, and completely unaffordable. A customer should not be hit with these kinds of excessive costs for basic actions like rearranging a delivery or returning a barely-opened item.
I genuinely regret purchasing from this company and hope others are aware of these hidden, disproportionate, and frankly unreasonable charges—especially when BJS is involved. I am requesting that the company review these practices, because they are neither proportional nor customer-friendly.

Prompt flexible delivery and helpful customer service when I need to change the delivery date. Have had the treadmill for a couple of weeks and have used regularly it without issue...finally got around to putting in my data yesterday - easily done when you follow the instructions!

Very happy with the product. The quality of the electrical connections wasn’t the best so I ended up partially dismantling it and fixing the mistake. An extra hour and a few scuffed knuckles but all good now.

Tried to contact JTX using the live chat. Clearly there are not enough staff to offer that service as I am still waiting for something other than an automated 'holding' message. Not a good advert for the brand when there are so many alternatives in the market place.

Easy order process
Easy order process, price fair, delivery quick and on time, easy to put together and well made, really enjoying the equipment. The computer dashboard is better than expected. Would recommend to anyone who wants to exercise at home. Full marks from me.
Excellent Customer Service
JTX customer support were excellent in providing support with a Sprint 9 treadmill which was delivered damaged and had frequent faults. Towards the end of the warranty I still had ongoing problems with this unit and they provided a like for like replacement nearing the end of the warranty.
They listened to my concerns and made me feel valued as a customer. I am now very happy with my new equipment.
Special mention to Customer Service Supervisor, James Kane, who continuously worked so hard to resolve my issue. Cannot thank the team enough for all of their help and professionalism!
