From ordering to getting set up at home was an ease.

After 3 runs and slight adjustments on the level of the machine, the JTX has not let me down. It's very smooth and not too noisy.

Only downside is i can't pre-program everything i want but this purchase was more about a sturdy running machine and this does it's job very well

I have had my JTX bike for years and love it, I’ve now bought a treadmill and rowing machine and I’m very pleased with these also. They are good quality and going by the bike will last me a long time. I got their cheaper models as well.

I bought the JTX Sprint 9 Pro. I have had several expensive treadmills over the years and the quality of this one is far superior.
I can highly recommend this machine!

I ordered a bike. I received a bike. It came when they said it would. Assembly instructions could have been more helpful and in larger print.

I had to decline the first delivery of my Sprint 7 treadmill due to damage caused by the courier, with no fault of JTX.

The customer care team dealt with the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.

On to the machine. The Sprint 7 treadmill was a refurbished model, not that I could tell by looking at it. The first time I turned on the treadmill, I couldn't help but smile. This thing was so quiet! If I weren't looking at it, I wouldn't know that it was running.

The build and quality of the treadmill are well above the price (not that JTX should raise prices); it is excellent value for money.

I highly recommend both the company and the products.

It is early days, I have only had the treadmill for a week, but loving it. Just be careful with the speed; this thing moves, and combined with the incline, provides a good, hard workout.

From order to delivery was a smooth process. Delivery to room of your choice was a most for such a heavy piece of equipment. The treadmill is very professional although some parts are plastic that bend a lot with pressure but overall the build quality is great. The digital console is perfect for my needs and the incline motion is smooth. It was a little larger than I expected but no larger than the dimensions listed. The belt motion is great at running speeds but a little less smooth at low walking speeds but not an issue. There are plenty of spaces for your needs cup holder is useful even if the bottle bounces around when running. In general I am very happy with the product, it does what I need it to and does it well.

Helpful team at JTX - I was able to visit their offices in Shoreham Beach and try the treadmill before I purchased it. Delivery was easy and the team that brought it were professional. JTX warranty inspires trust in them also.

Can’t comment on longevity of treadmill yet as I e only had it for two weeks, however first impressions are excellent. Jtx as a company have been excellent to deal with and the courier company they use went above and beyond to ensure my treadmill was placed in the room I chose. 10/10 company. Others companies could learn a thing or two from them.

Bought a treadmill and it was easy to put together. Would recommend but I find it hard to put away as its heavy. Not easily foldable. I like it though

I’ve been so impressed with JTX Fitness. I bought a treadmill at what was probably a peak time for them (beginning of January) and I was contacted about delivery and set up really quickly.
I’ve been properly updated at every stage and delighted that I can now enjoy using my treadmill! The engineer who fitted it was friendly and professional and kept me updated on his arrival time.

Perfect for our needs.

The assembly instructions were a bit obtuse…(both the screws that hold the arms in place need to be loose before assembly, not just the left-hand one, as indicated in the instruction booklet) but, once we had it up and running, it certainly does everything we want it to.

I really like the ignite airx bike. I have a knee injury from which I'm still recovering and I'm training for a Hyrox. It's equivalent to a concept 2 bikeerg. Super prompt delivery by the company. All good here so far.
