i was sent the wrong item
i was sent the wrong item, and was asked to return the item only then they will deliver the correct item to me. problem is im based out of the US, and my items are delivered to a forwarding address, i can't possible return the item to them thus making me no choice but to accept the wrong item at the end.

I love the cute but deadly line
I love the cute but deadly line. I now own r things from that line. My only complaint is that I wish the bottom was flat and structured. I use it as my work bag. It holds everything and more but if it were to be able to stand on its own that'd be great just because I work in a hospital and we have lockers and it tough trying to find something when the bag is all floppy and collapses on itself.

Great products. I have been buying JuJuBe bags for 7 years now and great quality. I recently ordered a new print directly from the company. I was very surprised to have it delivered two days later and no shipping fee to boot. I love that they keep adding new details and modifications based on feedback. I have an older backpack that only partially zips down the length of the bag (design). It’s never been a problem but the new one fully unzips so the entire front opens up. Lots of other little improvements that make this purchase more than just a cute fabric upgrade.

Love the ease of shopping at jujube. Shipping was great and the quality of the items are fantastic! After having my 6th baby, I'm thrilled to have found jujube. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but after going through several diaper bags through the years, Jujube is worth the price!

I absolutely love the tokipops mini-be! It is so much brighter in person and the print is so cute! Previously, I was not a fan of the toki prints but the new girly ones coming out have me hooked. I got it for my daughter for her 4th birthday because she loves pink sprinkle donuts. Needless to say she fell in love and carries it everywhere. I am a huge fan of Ju-Ju-Be products and have other bags and products and keep coming back for the new styles and prints.
